Pros:

I had a truly wonderful experience staying at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The check-in process was smooth and quick, which made the start of my stay very comfortable.

The room was spotless, spacious, and very well maintained. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed, the beautiful interior design, and the peaceful atmosphere that allowed me to relax completely. The housekeeping team did an excellent job every day, making sure everything was clean and organized.

The hotel facilities were also impressive. The environment was calm, safe, and perfect for both relaxing and enjoying a vacation. The food was delicious with a good variety of options, and the dining area had a very pleasant ambiance.

L’hôtel est super proche du train station
Deux minutes à pied
L’hôte est hyper gentil et serviable et n’hésite pas à se transformer en guide pour nous assister

Pros:

Super liebes Personal. Scooter und Tuktuk wurden vor die Haustüre geliefert. Probleme wurden noch vor der Entstehung gelöst. Frühstück war sehr lecker.

Cons:

Unterkunft ist etwas weiter weg. Ein Scooter lohnt sich.

Cons:

I had paid for 2 rooms inadvertently and as I believed it was my error paid the guy manoj in cash for both rooms. He then wanted me to cancel one of the rooms but as I'd paid I refused to do so. He then contacted booking.com and said I had been a no show for both rooms ! Obviously on the fiddle. The rooms facilities aren't as described on booking.com . Telly didn't work, no towels, blow up reclining chair..kettle didnt work but was replaced in fairness. Manoj is a smiling viper..BEWARE

Pros:

This hotel is situated in Ella Rock entrance. I have booked their Single Room. It was a comfortable room with a balcony. Very nice Room. The hotel introduced the room as single room, But I felt it's like a double Room. Recommend this place with happy.

Pros:

Ho avuto un'ottima esperienza. Primo volevo ringraziare Manoj che si occupa di gestire la struttura, è stato super cordiale e molto disponibile.
La stanza era ottima, grande, con un bagno spazioso e un balcone. Perfettamente pulita con letto comodo e asciugamani.
Il bagno anche comodo, con una doccia con acqua calda.
Vi è anche il wifi con password scritta sulla porta quindi la connessione è molto facile.
Il prezzo era più che onesto visto il servizio e un punto bonus è la vicinanza alla stazione del treno, che ti permettere di scendere e in 2 minuti essere già arrivato.
