Sehr gutes Hotel, mitten in Meran
Pros:

Besonders nette junge Dame an der Rezeption. Gute Lage, nahe der Fussgängerzone und gegenüber der Therme. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Schönes Cafe, Bar. Zufahrt via Theaterplatz zum Einchecken und fürs Gepäck. Parken dann gegenüber (andere Seite des Flusses) in der Tiefgarage bei der Therme. Ausfahrt über Kennzeichenerkennung problemlos.
Kostenlose öffentliche Verkehrsmittel für die Dauer des Aufenthaltts.

Cons:

Das Bad (Fliesen, Einrichtung) war im Vergleich zum Zimmer etwas älter, war aber kein grosses Problem.

Alles sehr gut.Personal freundlich, Zimmer komfortabel und ruhig, tolles Frühstücksbuffet, einzig auf den Kaffee den man beim Personal bestellen musste
war lange zu warten, Parken in der Tiefgarage bei der Therme war auch sehr
nah und mit 19 Euro für Hotelgäste in Ordnung.

Das "verspiegelte" Zimmer hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist für eine Stadtbesichtigung optimal. Das Frühstückbuffet war sehr reichhaltig.

La titolare al mattino ci ha reso il costo della camera con le scuse. Comunque segno di mala organizzazione.

L hotel è’in ottima posizione centrale colazione ricca servizio perfetto

Cons:

Arrivati ore 23 (avvisato l hotel) la camera assegnata non era stata rifatta e non avevano camere disponibili. …. Non c era personale per pulirla abbiamo atteso 40 minuti x avere un vecchia stanza forse usata dal personale alberghiero. Lenzuola sporche allego foto.

Lage und das Personal war Mega . Klasse Frühstück

Cons:

Ausstattung aus den Achtzigern und man konnte das Fenster nicht öffnen das es bist weit nach Mitternacht draußen sehr sehr laut war. Diese Gegend von Meran ist Mega laut.
