Fantastic, would book again!
Pros:

The stay was excellent. Fantastic location and the staff was extremely helpful and attentive. Clean rooms and overall very clean hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Antigua.

Increíble estancia
Pros:

Nos dejaron hacer Check-in desde que llegamos (11:00am), la atención fue increíble, los desayunos muy completos, saludables y deliciosos. El personal muy amable, en general, un hospedaje muy completo.

Cons:

No es nada del otro mundo, pero el parqueo es un poquito complicado ingresar y salir. Pero son factores externos al hospedaje.

La calidad del internet y la muchacha a las 11 05 ya nos estaba pidiendo q sacaramos nuestras pertenencias de la habitación, cuando el chek out decía q la salida era a las 1130 am, me pareció una falta de cortesía, nos sentimos que nos estaban echando

Too pricey for what we get.
Pros:

Clean room, quiet neighborhood, breakfast was good.

Cons:

Staff was rude (we didn’t speak Spanish well but we use Google Translate and be very polite to them, then we heard them cursed in Spanish in front of us), shower water pressure was low, we tried to ask for leftover coffee right after breakfast, they took the bottle left on other people’s table and charged us 15 gtq.

Great value - very clean - good location. Pictures shows how to find it late at night...
