The rooms were lovely and clean, bed was comfy, there was a tv with different streaming platforms, a great way to wind down from a long and busy day. The property is no more than a 5 minute walk from Victoria station, which was perfect for getting the underground. There is no physical key, only a code given to you 15 minutes before your appointment which was great as it eliminated the concern of misplacing the keys. You are provided with a fan, plenty of tea and coffee satchets, the blinds are great at blocking out light, and when the windows are closed, we didn’t even hear the noise from outside. It was a lovely place to stay, and the staff are incredibly helpful.
The bathroom isn’t an extension of the physical room itself, we were in room 4 and had a shared bathroom with room 5, which belonged to a guest that we did not arrive with (though perhaps this is my fault as the description states “shared bathroom” and I assumed that meant shared between the guests you book with!). Although I loved the use of a code to enter our room, I will say for anyone looking to book, don’t make the mistake I did a go knocking on doors looking for reception to confirm that you’re in the right place. There are people that actually live in the buildings around them 😬. Again, most of these were my own fault, not a reflection of the property. There were a few cracks in the door, and the windows were a struggle to get open, but not at all a major issue, as the rest of the room was lovely
Die Lage war super und wenn man was brauchte, war der Eigentümer immer sofort hilfsbereit!
Die Sauberkeit war nicht so gegeben und der Raum war sehr warm. Möglichkeiten zu lüften war auch nicht optimal gegeben, da gegenüber schon das nächste Zimmer war und man direkt Blickkontakt hatte..

La comunicación con el anfitrión fue muy fluida y cordial mediante mensajería de booking. Me dio el acceso e indicaciones para el ingreso al hospedaje en el momento oportuno, no tuve ningún problema para ingresar. Las instalaciones y ambientes son tal cual se muestra en sus fotografías, es cálido y tranquilo. La zona donde está ubicado el hospedaje es tranquila, frente a un pequeño parque y prácticamente está a la espalda del palacio de Buckingham. La habitación superó mis expectativas súper amplia con una bonita vista al parque, bien equipada, tiene una cama súper amplia y cómoda, televisor Smart, secadora de pelo, ventilador, plancha y pequeños aperitivos como te, café, azúcar y galletitas. El baño grande y siempre limpio, es compartido, pero solo con la otra habitación que está en el mismo piso, nunca nos cruzamos con los otros huéspedes. La cocina es bien amplia, limpia, ordenada, bien equipada con todo lo necesario y moderno. Además, tiene lavandería, llevé mi detergente y pude usarla. Muy recomendable.

Posizione ottima, permette di girare quasi tutta a piedi la città verso i principali punti di interesse. Assistenza via chat rapida e servizio clienti attento e gentile. Camera e bagno puliti e accoglienti.
Non è possibile lasciare i bagagli prima del check in e dopo il check out, ma ci sono molti negozi accanto che fanno questo servizio. Il letto non era comodissimo.

Punto forte è la zona centralissima, vicino alla stazione Victoria e a fermate bus. Zona servitissima, a due passi da Buckingham Palace. Staff cortese e disponibile.
Da rivedere un po' di più la pulizia per rendere l'ambiente ancora più confortevole.
Victoria Sq è super tranquillo e vicino alla stazione di treno- metro.
La struttura è pulita e moderna. Letti super comodi.
La mancanza di aria condizionata è stata l' unica nota da segnalare. Intendo essendo una zona di palazzi storici non sia facile l' istallazione. Tutto l' altro ha superato le mie aspettative.

We are a fit, but aged , couple. There is no reception staff. Everything must be done by text/Whatsapp. The property front door requires a digital code and a very difficult front door manouvre. Not helpful in inclement weather. The door to the room was a digital manipulation nightmare. Most unfriendly. Although there are tea/coffee in the room, there is no jug & no cups/mugs. It requires traipsing up a flight of narrow stairs to a communal kitchen to boil water and then bring cups with hot contents down the stairs to the room. Primitive. There are no glasses for water consumption in the room. How is anybody meant to consume medications or quench their thirst? Again, primitive. All of this for a cost of more than £200 per night. We are world travelled. This was very poor.
Mandaram instruções claras com um vídeo no youtube mostrando o processo para entrar no apartamento. O quarto era super espaçoso e elegante. Banheiro bom, cozinha ampla, silencioso. Muito bem localizado próximo a teatros, estação de metrô e ônibus com boas opções de comida e turismo.
Ainda senti um pouco de dificuldade para abrir e fechar a porta do quarto. O clima estava bom, mas senti falta de ar condicionado para o verão, porque o ventilador disponível era bem pequeno. E a TV não funcionou.
