Schickes Appartment in 1a-Lage
Pros:

Tolle Lage, Victoria Station liegt direkt um die Ecke, trotzdem verhältnismäßig ruhig, großes Zimmer, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr professionelle Kommunikation mit der Vermietungsagentur, insgesamt eine sehr schöne Unterkunft.

Cons:

Das Bad ist zu klein, vor allem das Waschbecken ist winzig. Das Fenster war nicht zu schließen (da es bei unserem Aufenthalt sehr warm war, war das kein Problem), die Dusche ist etwas abgewohnt, hier wäre mehr Pflege notwendig.

S'ils font les améliorations suite à mes commentaires de choses à améliorer, je vous le recommande.
Pros:

Une cuisine super bien éclairée et high tech. Une télé dans la cuisine*. Les salles de bain rénovées avec plancher de marbre, bien éclairées et super propres. J'ai bien dormi. Bien situé.

Cons:

Pas de climatiseur dans la chambre. C'était un four et je ne pouvais pas laisser la fenêtre ouverte de jour. J'ai du utiliser la poubelle pour tenir la fenêtre ouverte la nuit. J'ai du laver le ventilateur portatif de la chambre, il était encrassé. Le tapis de la chambre était plein de taches (ils ont ajouté une carpette pour cacher la majeur partie des taches. Une des portes d'armoire de la chambre avait une penture brisée au centre de la porte. Pas de ciseau ni de détecteur de fumée dans la cuisine. *La télécommande de la télé dans la cuisine ne fonctionnait pas. Je n'ai pas pu parler à quelqu'un. Rien que des échanges de courriels qui représentent une perte de temps et de jouissance en vacances pour ma part.

Beautiful rooms in a great, half way between Victoria Station and Buckingham Palace
Pros:

It was almost perfect: the room is comfortabla and with a little patio for air and light. The shared kitchen is beautifully decorated and fully equiped. The location is great, half way between Victoria Station and Buckingham Palace in a lovely and quiet little square. The staff is super helpful and answered to our requests immediately.

Cons:

There are a few adjustments needed for comfort and convenience: a shelf for toiletries in the shower and a rubber rug because the shower floor ir really slippery, plus a couple of hooks on the wall to hang the wet towels.

Shared facilities, useful accomodation.
Pros:

Good location for our needs, comfy bed and spacious bathroom, useful washing machine and dryer in shared facilities. Nice pack of tea and coffees provided in rooms to use in the shared facilities.

Cons:

Room got hot and stuffy but couldn't open the window/outdoor area door due to a large number of flying bugs that would come into the room from the outdoor area- the drain in the outdoor area outside the room would send thousands of them flying around everytime someone used water in the building, and was accompanied by a sewage like smell unfortunately. Room was great when the door was closed, but would get too hot and outdoor area smelt too much and was inhabited by a horde of insects. Air conditioning/temperature control appeared to have 3 settings that wouldn't change and was either too hot or cold (we're familiar with air con units coming from Australia but this one appeared to have presets that I couldn't adjust).

Not having the door code until close to 4pm was a logistical issue for us. Would've been useful to have the code around 12pm so we could communicate to each other earlier as we'd gone our own ways (I was at a sporting ground with no bandwidth availble).

We would stay here again. We loved the area and the accommodations. It really worked for us.
Pros:

It was beautiful and clean. The kitchen was a nice surprise. It was fully functional and beautiful with top line appliances.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have an on-suite bathroom, but it was just outside the door and it was for our room only.

Pros:

Lo mejor, la ubicación esta en medio de los mejores lugares y a la vez en un lugar tranquilo y tambien la amplitud de la habitación y el baño

Cons:

El colchón estaba muy hundido/deformado, la puerta del baño hacia mucho ruido al abrir o cerrar y despertaba al que estaba durmiendo.
