Worth it
There was only one slight issue with the LED strip lights which we couldn't find a switch or remote to turn them off.
We turned the breaker off because we wanted dark room during the night
The location is exceptional, right in the center close to everything. Many sites within walking distance. The staff was also great, very friendly and helpful. 10/10
Property was very clean, it was comfortable and was in the centre of everything, using the tram was more helpful to get to where we needed to go...
The owner was very ignorant and not helpful when needed something... There's no reception and no restaurant for breakfast so you have to walk out of the building to find a place to eat...
Also there's no sign on the door to find the hotel so was tricky when getting a transport to and from the hotel to the airport or when ordering food...
Good: pleasant stuff; perfect location
Bad: toilet needs renovation (there is hole in the sealing above the shower; it’s hard to find (there is no house number, some sign); there was no slippers or any carpets so floors are really cold; there was no soap; really bad lighting (you have two choices: absolute bright light or non).

A few minutes walk from many transportation networks and in the city center. Very close to everywhere to see in the city.
The price-benefit ratio is amazing.
If you need anything, the staff is very helpful and takes care of it immediately.
The rooms are very spacious and have all the basic amenities you need during your accomadition.
Staying here will definitely be the best choice for your trip to Istanbul.

We liked to be near the historical centre and near the Galata bridge. The neighbourhood is poor but we felt safe there and people were very nice. There were many soaps and shampoos in the bathroom.
A mosquito net in the window would be great. The bathroom needs repainting. Blankets in the wardrobe and armchairs need deep cleaning.

I stayed there for two nights in a ground-floor room that appeared to be converted from a café. The room had a large window covered by just a single curtain, and the mattress quality was quite poor. Additionally, the bathroom had inadequate drainage, which was quite inconvenient.
spacious room, very clean, facilities are well taken care of, comfortable beds, fridge and electric kettle in the room. The rooms are as in the pictures shown! Staff is friendly and helps however they can. WiFi is not strong, but enough for personal usage.
The area is quiet. Just a few minutes walk away there is a big bus station to go anywhere, also a street with many local food options that are suitable for the small budget.
