Will definitely recommend for solo travelers!
Pros:

Convenient location, different konbinis nearby, space is comfy enough for solo travelers. You can leave luggage after checkout until 9pm.

Cons:

Might take a while for aircon to cool the room; slightly burnt smell when you enter newly cleaned room but it goes away eventually; a bit of dust on the corners next to the table

Pros:

離博多車站走路約5分鐘，交通方便環境安靜，櫃檯服務無可挑剔！
入住時看到我掏出護照就直接用中文對應，態度友善親切
其中一天我手機突然壞了完全無法使用，向櫃台說明後很親切的提供我撥打國際電話，以及協助查詢附近手機維修店家
床很好睡，單人房空間不大，可勉強攤開29吋行李箱

wifi有時會當機，但影響不大
