Please note that the property is located in the car-free Braunwald resort and can only be accessed via the funicular railway that leaves from Linthal. There is a very spacious parking area next to the funicular station.

Location, friendly staff, free sleds
The location is very close to the lift it was very convenient
The owner forgot to give us the key for the entrance only the key from the room. We came back late at night and couldn't get in so we went to a bar next to the hotel and luckily we found a hotel staff there. Unfortunately this male staff could only speak little to no English and he thought we both forgot the key. He unlocked the entrance for us and was very rude to us ,he made a very rude hand gesture toward us that could obviously be translated to the word stupid. We went to owner of the hotel in the morning she was very kind to us, she gave us the key and apologized. However even after we told her what happened last night we still haven't got an apology from that male staff. He treated us badly and it ruined our experience.
