Расположение хорошее, отношение к гостям ужасное
Мы приехали на заселение ровно в 2 часа дня, администратор попросил наши паспорта, и выставил намного завышенную стоимость проживания, я посчитал по актуальному курсу нацбанка, и указал на обсчет, теперь он поговорил с одной сотрудницей, и показал нам два номера по три места.
Мы были в замешательстве, бронь была на 4 и 2 местные две комнаты. Они видят 4 девушки, и 2 мужчин, но все равно предлагают нам указанный вариант по три места. Это оскорбительно и низко.
Оказывается сотрудники отеля мне писали на почту … действительно ли мое бронирование? Такое впервые в моей практике. Человек всю ночь и полдня был в дороге, устал, без доступа к интернету, в чужой стране…
Еще я напомнил, что их отношение к гостям будет отражено в отзыве, на что мне спокойно ответили: пишите, что хотите!
На вопрос, есть ли более компетентный сотрудник или руководство, сообщили, начальник отдыхает в Дубае.
Не видя перспективы дальнейшего диалога, чтобы не портить свой отдых, мы молча вышли на поиски гостиницы, и очень скоро, через дорогу нашли небольшой отель. Благо, хозяева взрослые и адекватные люди быстро нашли две комнаты.
Не бывает плохой нации, бывают плохие “люди”, которые портят впечатление.
Бронь делали в середине апреля, если быть точнее, то 12 апреля на проживание в течении 2-х дней с 1 по 3 - е мая, выбирали отель не из дешевых, дабы не попасть в ситуацию, когда перед заездом бронь аннулируют по надуманной причине.
За день до заезда, т.е. 30 апреля в первой половине дня, я связался через сообщения на букинге и написал владельцу, что завтра, т.е. 1 мая будем у вас ближе к вечеру.
Поздним вечером, от Imron Hotel в Telegram получил сообщение следующего содержания: "у нас 2 аварийные ситуации, закрылось несколько комнат". И скинули нам контакты соседнего Хостела, с ужасными отзывами в сети. Крайний вечер в Ташкенте был испорчен, вместо прогулок по городу, срочно пришлось искать вариант проживания в Самарканде.
Be careful with this place- it is a scam. Read previous negative comments for other examples too!
I had booked weeks in advance, and was in frequent contact with the owner about my time of arrival.
Two hours before I arrived, when I was on the train coming he wrote to me saying that the room was not available.
He said "you didn't contact us" but it's not true. He is a liar!
I arrived at 21:00 late at night, he put me in a hotel next door Muqqadas which was a disaster. Small room, uncomfortable bed, thin walls so you can hear the neighbours noise. It was not worth the money, but I had no there choice at 21:00.
Be very careful with this hotel!!!

老板临时加价，跟booking价格贵很多没有契约精神，我在聊天的时候反复确认，就是忘记确认价格。马桶不稳。下水道不通。床单应该是自己洗，感觉没洗干净。
This hotel left a great impression on us. It’s very conveniently located, only 10 minutes away from Registan Square on foot. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful. Everything was spotless, and the furniture felt new. We loved that the lobby always had tea, water, and shampoo available for guests. Special thanks to the cook—those potato pastries at breakfast were delicious! We truly recommend this place to anyone visiting Samarkand.
Замечательные дружелюбные люди! Помогли с заселением раньше срока, подсказали что где рядом. Удобное место расположения - основные достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. Завтрак: каша, яичница и вареные яйца, сосиски и жаркое из курицы, салат, гарнир, колбаса и сыр(плавленый), выпечка (самса с тыквой - это отдельный вид наслаждения), фрукты - вкусно все, уйти голодным не получится.

The hotel’s greatest advantage is its convenient location, making it easy to travel by taxi or explore the area on foot. The room is cosy, well equipped with Wi‑Fi, a smart TV, and a fairly spacious bathroom.
The breakfast was fairly basic and did not fully meet expectations. It is overall good.

Mekân Registan meydanına ve Emir Timur'un mezarına yakın. Çalışanlar ilgili ve yardımsever. Çıkış günü valizimi akşama kadar bırakmama izin verdiler. Oda ve banyo temizdi. Yataklar çok rahat değildi ama idare ederdi. Kaldığım odaya gece az da olsa araba sesi geliyordu. Uykusu hafif olanlar dikkat:) Sabah kahvaltısı yeterliydi. Hepsi bu kadar.
New property and very good location. Just walked every day to and from the Registan Square and Amir Temur monument area. Very nice and bright inside. Big rooms. Super comfy beds and comforters. Good sized bathroom. Strong wifi and AC. You can buy drinks from an available chiller at the reception area. Breakfast is plentiful and many choices.
Exterior of the hotel is still unfinished so doesn't look good from outside. But don't let that discourage you, it's sparkling new and clean inside!
Amazing breakfast - definitely the best on my central Asia journey so far with looots of options for vegetarians. Different breakfast choices each day.
There is a kettle in the room and the rooms are very clean.
The pillow was pretty terrible. Also, no TV and wifi was not great and kept cutting.
Generally I feel like the price of 40USD+ per night is a bit steep. We stayed in other places in Samarkand too with better facilities for a lower price.
If you value a good breakfast though, then it might be worth it.
