Location and the view from the room. It’s stunning ❤️
It’s neat and clean and the room temperature is perfect whatever the actual temperature is outside

-In house laundry service wasn't available, but they have contacts outside for laundry.
-Early check-in wasn't there although its off season.
-Not much foods were available. Half of the menu was not available which was dissapointing.
-Fruits were not good in breakfast, only watermelon available. No much options.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Royal Castle Kasol, and I was absolutely mesmerized by the experience. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The luxurious accommodations were cozy and offered breathtaking views of the surrounding nature.
The dining options were delicious, with a great variety that satisfied every craving. What truly made the stay unforgettable was the warm and welcoming behavior of the staff — they were attentive, polite, and always ready to help.
This place is a perfect blend of comfort, beauty, and great hospitality. I would love to visit again and will definitely recommend it to everyone I know!

The facilities were good , the room were clean
We went on 7th till 9th July and it is down time for hotels as most of the guests were gone till then but we went during that time so the staff was very lazy and didn't want to do anything and was giving excuses for not doing as we say even we only ordered dinner but that was also not good . The staff was very unprofessional in their work

This hotel is located in the main market with their own parking space. Rooms are very clean. Even the staff is very polite and try to fulfill all your request.

Our stay at Royal Castle was simply unforgettable. The hotel is beautifully located near the river and surrounded by lush mountains. The rooms were clean, spacious, and offered stunning views. The staff was polite, helpful, and always ready to assist. We loved the rooftop seating area and the live music in the evening added a magical touch. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Kasol!

Staff at breakfast counters were attentive. Outdoor seating area is cosy.
Honestly we did not li.ke anything much except for the little outdoor seating createdRooms were dull and dingy and the view was pathetic with lodge view striking more than the mountains. Breakfast chairs were uncomfortable and food was basic. We had to return one of the items as it was not good. While leaving we were accusingly asked if we consumed one of the chocolate which was embarassing.
Reception staff needs to be more welcoming.
