Very clean, comfortable hotel. The staff are the stars of the place: the kindest n helpful
Pros:

1. Excellent location.
2. Clean rooms, nice view.
3. Good amenities in room.
4. SOHo: for me was the nicest restaurant in Kasol. Very nice food, excellent very helpful dining room staff for eg Mr Vicky, Mr Bhupinder etc. they are extremely kind and helpful. The food was good too. And the vibe of the place in fun, friendly, safe.
5. Staff at reception: Ms Ishika and Mr. Manish really were the stars of the place for me. Can’t thank them enough for the kindness and patience and all their help in booking a taxi, looking after my luggage, all sorts of support because i was a solo traveller. I will recommend highly and stay here during every visit to Kasol.

Pros:

Stayed at Royal Castle Hotel and had a wonderful experience. Our room offered one of the best views imaginable — majestic mountains on both sides, lush green tall trees, birds chirping, and a soothing natural atmosphere all around. Right in the middle of this scenic view, the beautiful Parvati River stream could be seen flowing, making the stay truly memorable.

The hotel is conveniently located at the beginning of Kasol town on the main road, with markets, cafes, and other amenities within walking distance. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and hygienic, adding to the pleasant stay. A great choice for anyone looking to enjoy nature along with convenience in Kasol.

Nice, cozy, well maintained stay in Kasol
Pros:

-Location is good.
-View from the room is good.
-In house laundry service wasn't available, but they have contacts outside for laundry.

Cons:

-Early check-in wasn't there although its off season.
-Not much foods were available. Half of the menu was not available which was dissapointing.
-Fruits were not good in breakfast, only watermelon available. No much options.

The facilities were good , the room were clean

Cons:

We went on 7th till 9th July and it is down time for hotels as most of the guests were gone till then but we went during that time so the staff was very lazy and didn't want to do anything and was giving excuses for not doing as we say even we only ordered dinner but that was also not good . The staff was very unprofessional in their work
