Pros:

After booking our apartment at Master Mazeh, i had several qestions and the staff was warm, welcoming, responsed within minutes and did their best to meet all my requets.
We arrived to a beautiful, spotless and relaxing apartment. Unfortunately, a few hours later we had to leave due to a family emergency.
I wrote to the staff very late explaining our situation. I got an immediate warm response that they would forward my request to a manager the next day. Within a day, the management sent me a kind message that they would refund us for the second night.
There is absolutely nothing bad to say about Master Mazeh. I can't wait to go back there.

Reading light in bedroom insufficient.communication about parking and rooms required too much follow up . for the old degeneration communication only through WhatsApp is sometimes problem.

To sum up, this is one of the best places I’ve stayed at in Tel Aviv. The location is perfect, and the entrance is easy, simple, and very pleasant. The lobby is amazing — with an incredible coffee machine and snacks that came at just the right time. The water and soda tap is a real hit!
The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and incredibly clean. Truly, everything was perfect. We will definitely be back and will absolutely recommend it to friends. So happy we found a place like this — I’m already booking us another night for the summer. 🌟

Cons:

One small point for improvement — the shower isn’t fully sealed, so water leaked outside. We stayed in room 307.
