The receptionist is rude and unpleasant. He also asks inappropriate questions and for privacy violating documents unrelated to the reservation. His name is Cherki, not sure how he got that job.
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à l’hôtel Onomo. L’établissement est propre, confortable et très bien situé, notamment pour une étape de repos grâce à sa proximité avec l’aéroport.
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme de l’hôtel, l’ambiance agréable et le fait de pouvoir se sentir bien dès notre arrivée. Un grand merci à Kenza et Imane pour leur accueil chaleureux, leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité. Leur attention a vraiment contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable.
Nous recommandons cet hôtel et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.
