Koszos a személyzet ruházata,Reggelinél az asztalon maradt kenyeret vissza rakták a többi közé,köszönés nem fogadták és nem is viszonozták😕,reggeli nagyon kevés és 8:00 kor kezdődik de 9:00kor még nincs,9:45 kor már nincs!Szobába takarítás kritikán aluli,vécépapír csak kérésre pótolják!Egy szóval felejthető!

Cons:

Полы были пыльные, шкафы тоже. Так же в ванной комнате отсутствовала дверь душевой кабины.

Окна закрываются не плотно, из за этого сильно было слышно шум с улицы и было холодно в комнате ночью.

Svidio nam se čovjek koji radi na recepciji noćne smjene, jako drag i ljubazan. Soba je bila lijepo uređena kao i WC. Hotel je blizu tramvajske i busne stanice.

Cons:

Ne vodi se briga o čistoći pretjerano. Izgledalo je kao da čistačica samo posloži plahte i doda WC papir i male ‘gelove za tijelo’ ako ih nema. Posteljina i ručnici nemaju svjež miris kao da su oprani. Doručak je bio svaki dan isti i nije nas oduševio.

super friendly staff and very comfortable room
Pros:

Very good and friendly staff. The room looked very nice and the shower was good as well. walking-distance to the basar as well. The breakfast was like the pictures

J’avais réservé une chambre avec vue sur la ville sur Booking. En réalité, la chambre donne sur un hall d’immeuble fermé avec des moteurs d’aération extrêmement bruyants qui tournent toute la nuit. Impossible de dormir.
La salle de bain est dans un état déplorable : moisissure au plafond et savons périmés. L’hygiène est clairement à revoir.
J’avais réservé deux nuits, mais après la première nuit passée dans ces conditions, j’ai demandé à annuler la seconde. Malgré mes explications et les preuves envoyées, l’établissement a refusé et a ensuite cessé de répondre à mes messages.
Je joins des photos : la soi-disant “vue sur la ville”, les savons périmés, et la conversation sans réponse.
Très mauvaise expérience et service client inexistant. Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel.

Pros:

There were some minor issues when unlocking the door to one of the rooms; the problem persisted even with the spare key.

The door to one of the rooms could not be locked at all, but it was resolved by the staff.

The staff were nice, and it was easy to change the room

Cons:

The single room was very bad, it was very small no ventilation and not very clean. There was no sound isolation and could hear everything outside the room. I requested to change the room, the double room was better.

Very bad expérience
Pros:

Une très mauvaise expérience nous regrettons vraiment d'être venu à cet hôtel il est très petit, la chambre est petite et mal propre l'ascenseur est minuscule, bcp de bruits des fenêtres, le petit déjeuner est ridicule, et vraiment la cuisinière NAZLI est très mauvaise elle a été très désagréable avec nous
