Pros:

Wonderful stay! The hotel is beautiful and clean, and near to the tramway and the bus . the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful they help me a lot. I really appreciate that. Thank you for the great hospitality , I will definitely come back again I really love it

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was very nice and convenient.

Cons:

However, the breakfast experience was disappointing. Every day, there was very little food available, and since we were a group of eight people, only four of us could eat properly because there wasn’t enough for everyone.

Hotel Santra is a very cozy and clean hotel located in the Fatih district.
All the staff are very kind and welcoming, especially those working at the reception (special greetings to Behram and the others as well). They helped us with all our questions!

The breakfast is good: eggs, cheese, sausage, watermelon, vegetables, and more. Special thanks to the lovely lady who prepared breakfast.

There is also a terrace where you can enjoy breakfast with a view of the city.

Pros:

The hotel was excellent. The staff were very welcoming, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. Thank you for your great hospitality. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again.

Cons:

The only area that could be improved is the breakfast, which was average. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

Amazing stay location a little bit risky
Pros:

The property was quite modern. Inside the technologies was good. The rooms are beautiful. Breakfast was also really nice and the lady who runs breakfast was so kind and friendly. I also really appreciated the help from reception in feeling safe in the area.

Cons:

I was a little bit concerned about the area of the location of this hotel as it’s outside of the tourist centre and not exactly safe for females due to the neighbourhood

I stayed at this hotel for several days, and my experience was extremely disappointing. During my entire stay, the floor was cleaned only once. The bathroom was never properly cleaned. The toilet, sink, and mirror remained dirty throughout my stay.

The bed sheets were not changed unless I specifically asked for it. Otherwise, they would leave the same sheets on the bed for days. I also asked for clean towels, but no one responded. After taking a shower, I had no towel to use because they had not provided one.

The staff's attitude was not friendly or helpful, and I did not feel respected as a guest.

The hotel was completely different from the photos shown on Booking.com. The actual condition of the hotel did not match the pictures or my expectations at all.

I have always trusted Booking.com and usually make all my hotel reservations through the platform. Because of that trust, I believe Booking.com should carefully verify the quality, cleanliness, and service of hotels before listing them. Guests rely on the information and photos provided when making their bookings.

This was supposed to be my summer vacation, but instead it became a very disappointing experience. I will never stay at this hotel again, and I do not recommend it to anyone. The cleanliness, service, and overall quality were far below acceptable standards.

أقمت في هذا الفندق عدة أيام، وكانت تجربتي مخيبة للآمال جداً. طوال فترة إقامتي لم يتم تنظيف الأرضية إلا مرة واحدة فقط. أما الحمام فلم يتم تنظيفه بالشكل المطلوب أبداً، وبقي المرحاض والمغسلة والمرآة متسخة طوال فترة إقامتي.

كما أنهم لم يغيروا شراشف السرير إلا إذا طلبت ذلك بنفسي، وإلا كانوا يتركون نفس الشراشف عدة أيام. وطلبت أيضاً مناشف نظيفة، لكن لم يستجب لي أحد، وبعد أن انتهيت من الاستحمام لم أجد أي منشفة أستخدمها لأنهم لم يوفروا لي واحدة.

كان تعامل الموظفين غير جيد، ولم أشعر بالاحترام أو الاهتمام كضيفة.

كما أن الفندق كان مختلفاً تماماً عن الصور الموجودة على Booking.com.

Aproape de stație de autobuz, aproape de Grand Bazar. Ai unde să mănânci, sunt multe locuri și prețuri ok.

Cons:

Micul dejun horror, nu aveai ce să mănânci, 2-3 feluri de mâncare și atât. În 5 zile nu au schimbat prosoapele, praful era de 2 degete, mirosea a închis, curățenie nu se face, vin doamnele de la curățenie, dar nu știu ce fac, doar dau cu o mătură cred.
