Fantastisch verblijf in mooi hotel, kindvriendelijk en prachtige ligging
Pros:

Mooi hotel met mogelijkheid van verschillende zwembaden. Ook adults only zwembaden met prachtig zicht op de omringende natuur.
Kindjes hebben zich ook schitterend geamuseerd met de dieren die er zijn.

Cons:

De gratis fietsen waren helaas niet onderhouden waardoor onze jongste niet kon fietsen op het mooie domein.

Beautiful family hotel in the countryside.
Pros:

We liked everything about this property. The restaurant offered delicious food. Breakfast was great and had something for everyone. The room was spacious and well appointed. We went for a lovely walk around the grounds of the hotel which have gorgeous views and comfortable resting areas. In April it was a little too cold to enjoy the outdoor pools but they looked very inviting. This hotel is perfect for families. My daughter enjoyed the tent in our room and the farm animals feeding activity.

Hotel is gorgeous, located in such a beautiful place,amid beautiful nature.

The farm is such an amazing experience with kids. The whole property is just so perfect.

Breakfast was top notch, diversity and quality.
We had 6/8 meals in the hotel and I must say everything was great. I am Portuguese so I am quite demanding about Portuguese food restaurants and it live up to its expectations.

Cons:

Kids area near the restaurant is outdated. Toys are not being taken care off, area is often not cleaned properly and clearly needs to be updated. Its honestly sad.

Staff is often poorly trained. Examples:

We waited 30 minutes for our coffee twice while having breakfast. People are all over the place. They need a manager in there.

Towels at the pool are no where to be found. When we asked the hotel staff, rather than taking us there, or at least suggesting they could bring these to us, simply just told us we could go and pick it up ourselves ( we still couldn’t find them). This is a hotel guys!!

Bicycles need to be properly maintained. Several of them are not working properly. Offering them is not enough guys. You need to maintain and be proud of your stuff.

Swimming pools- i understand Alentejo gets really hot in the summer and you need cold water but this is the coldest swimming pool I have ever been. No adult was in the water and it was 26 degrees outside. You need to manage the swimming pool temperature better.

Boa Estadia mas com pequenos pontos a melhorar.
Pros:

Quarto com óptima área;
Toda a comida confeccionada( pequeno-almoço, snacks e menus) do melhor que já tive numa estadia em hoteis Portugueses, claramente um factor diferenciador.

Cons:

A zona das piscina para adultos podia estar mais limpa e num modo geral melhor apresentada, para além disso, não tem qualquer ligação ao bar da piscina, ou seja, ou se dirige sempre que quer alguma coisa ao bar ou caso contrario não existe serviço. Algo que podem melhorar facilmente.

Escapadinha relaxante em Évora
Pros:

Funcionários todos extremamente simpáticos. Sempre a oferecer água, café, bolachas. Sempre preocupados com os hóspedes.
Hotel muito bonito, bem decorado e acolhedor.
Restaurante excelente.
Áreas exteriores lindas e muito bem cuidados.
4 estrelas mas poderia ser 5!

Local maravilhoso. Com enorme potencial para relaxamento. No geral, um lugar com potencial, mas demasiado direcionado para famílias. Staff simpático e prestativo.

Cons:

Infelizmente, não é um lugar compatível com casais sem filhos. Está construído para famílias com crianças. Muito barulho durante as horas de ponta e em alturas de descanso. Colchões sem conforto e água dos banhos sem pressão. Existem piscinas exclusivas para adultos mas não têm sombra, não são vigiadas pelo staff (em nenhum momento durante o tempo que lá estivemos apareceu alguém) e por esta razão, e apesar de terem placas a sinalizar o contrário, foram ocupadas por famílias com crianças. O serviço de restaurante e pequeno almoço era bastante desorganizado e caótico.

A qualidade da comida, quarto confortável e simpatia dos funcionários. Herdade com vista incrível e as piscinas de contemplação são maravilhosas

Cons:

Por ser um hotel familiar há demasiado barulho associado à presença das crianças e não se torna agradável para quem procura uma localização relaxante e sem barulhos. Muito desagradável as pessoas não respeitarem as áreas comuns do hotel e de manhã cedo se ouvirem crianças e pais a falarem alto e a correrem nos corredores do hotel.
