Pequeno almoço com bastante variedade e qualidade, contacto com a natureza e animais, serviço de spa e restaurante, serviço de carregamento de carros elétricos e também gostámos bastante do facto do hotel ser pet friendly. Também gostámos bastante do quarto, e das piscinas, principalmente das piscinas de contemplação.
A estrada à chegada do hotel em muito mau estado, alguns trilhos com demasiada vegetação, o que torna dificil a passagem.

The hotel itself is beautiful, it has a big territory and lots of facilities. There are nice little details in the rooms, such as tote bags, hats and sleeping kits which made us feel very welcome
Unfortunately, in contrast to the beauty of the hotel itself, the staff’s attitude is very poor and doesn’t match the quality of the property.
Guests leave plates with food and glasses with drinks by the pool, and they remain there under the sun and heat until late at night without anyone taking care of them.
We arrived on Easter Day, and there were raw broken eggs scattered around the hotel grounds and the pool area. The staff kept walking past them without cleaning them up or doing anything about it.
At the restaurant, the staff was very inattentive. It took us five attempts to ask for water during dinner before it was finally brought to us. Then they brought us a bottle of wine and simply left it on the table. We waited another 30 minutes, repeatedly asking for glasses and for the bottle to be opened.
And the cherry on top was that my partner left his sweatshirt in the restaurant. When we came back to collect it, the staff told us they had seen it and placed it on a hanger, even though their usual procedure is to bring lost items to reception. However, it disappeared from the hanger. We asked several times for help finding it, but the staff remained completely indifferent.
It’s such a shame that the impression of such a beautiful hotel is ruined by the people who work there.

Most amazing place, so relaxing, spacious and grounding. Definitely want to come back with my kids and sunny weather. Food is amazing, best breakfast buffet I have ever encountered, amazing pool and so much outside space to explore.

Do spa, em especial da massagem. O atendimento, o profissionalismo, a massagem foi uma experiência sem dúvida a repetir! No restaurante, colocam o pessoal mais experiente a noite, nos jantares. No entanto fica a minha sugestão em colocar alguém como o Sr Habib, uma vez que o profissionalismo dele, e a vontade de trabalhar é muito mais eficaz que o pessoal da noite mais “experiente” que chamamos e nos ignoram completamente. Um cheers ao Vitor que nos proporcionou sempre excelentes escolhas de vinho e champanhe para acompanhar as refeições!
A desorganização na hora das refeições, não se entende o porquê da confusão e da espera. Havia vezes que o restaurante estava quase vazio e demoravam sempre imenso tempo a procurar uma mesa para um grupo de 5. Para além disso, esperamos imenso tempo pela comida sempre! No primeiro dia, esperamos cerca de 1h para que nos trouxessem o couvert! Sem dúvida que o serviço de restaurante tem de ser melhorado. No entanto, a comida era boa!
Outro ponto que não gostei foi, no último dia fui informada pelo spa das atividades que podiam ser realizadas no hotel, como por exemplo a visita a barragem. Fiquei surpreendida pois no dia da chegada questionei a receção sobre atividades e ninguém me explicou acerca disto, nem das atividades do Kids Club (que soube mais tarde pois vi crianças a brincarem com as babysitters). Neste aspeto também tem que melhorar a venda destes serviços e atividades extra.
