Great place for family & friends & value for money
Pros:

Location was serene & good. Cleaniness maintained.

Cons:

Not much activities inside the resort. The Swimming pool can be better.

Excellent stay in Pool Villa . Enjoyed thoroughly. Food was excellent in the restaurant. Breakfast was ok . Picturesque

Overall the stay was not worthy of the money we paid and very disappointing. Never going here again
Pros:

The location of the resort is good and the view from the room was also good

Cons:

There many points which we don’t like.
* Even before our arrival we called them to confirm the checkin time and the receptionist told us that the room will not be ready at 2PM, which was the checkin time given at the time of booking. He was speaking in a very hostile manner.
* The room we booked was a cottage and it was very outdated and not maintained properly. The bathroom was also outdated and not that clean.
*Starting from the floor to furniture and even the bed was very outdated and old.
*The bedspread was very linted and pretty old which made it uncomfortable to sleep on it.
* The AC was working only on a constant temperature which was very cold and uncomfortable.
* The price we paid was 9000 INR plus per day which is the premium boutique prices in wayanad. For this rate we expected a high end comfortable and highly hospitable experience.
* The breakfast was included in the stay but it was not that good.
* The staff lacked professionalism
* We have had better holidays in the same price range in other properties
* We were expecting a very relaxed and comfortable vacation but it got ruined

Excellent stay, will definitely visit again once the road repair is done
Pros:

I loved the location of the resort and the view it offered with the room. The food was great, although it feels like overpriced but the taste was really good. The staff are really warm and friendly and they are available all the times for your requests

Cons:

The room floor was sticky, and it didn't feel nice. The bathrooms could've been cleaner. The road that leads to the property was in a very bad state. Combine this with the rain, and the roads were horrible.

Location of this resort is amazing...the lake is beautiful. Rooms are spacious and staff is very quick and courteous

The view, the rooms, the food. The managers were transparent with us regarding the room tariffs and got us a better room from what we booked.
