All guests must be over 18 years of age to check into the hotel, unless accompanied by an Parent/Guardian.
Group Bookings of 5 Rooms or more booked on a single reservation the following polices apply:
- There will be no charge for cancelations or amendments, made up to 15 days prior to the arrival date. All
such changes must be advised to the Company in writing by email.
- Up to 20% of the confirmed number of rooms may be canceled between 15 days and 10 days prior to the
arrival date without penalty. Rooms canceled in excess of this 20% will be charged at 50% of the quoted
accommodations rate for the duration of the period booked.
- Up to 10% of the previously confirmed number of rooms may be canceled between 5 days and 10 days
without penalty. Rooms canceled in excess of this will be charged 75% of the quoted accommodations rate
for the duration of the period.
- Every room canceled within 5 days of the arrival date will be fully charged.
- A rooming list with the names of all guests in each room must be updated via Booking.com no later than 5 days prior to the groups arrival.
- Groups bookings of 5 or more rooms must be guaranteed by credit card to the hotel at the time of Booking and full prepayment of the group is required at least 5 days prior to arrival.
-Car Parking is included for the nights you are staying. Should you wish to leave your car for additional days that you are not staying in the hotel a charge of €5 per day will apply. Please contact the hotel directly to arrange this.
CHECK IN/SECURITY POLICY:
In order for guest accommodations to be confirmed, at the time of check-in, all guests must provide sufficient credit credentials in accordance with this policy. Failure to provide the necessary credit credentials will result in the refusal of accommodations services.
Guests may provide credit credentials by way of:
- Credit Card, or
- Debit Card (together with photo ID)
a) Credit Card
When a guest elects to provide a credit card for the purposes of this policy, a pre-authorization will be taken at the time of check-in to cover the cost of accommodations plus security deposit. A pre-authorization is a hold placed on the guest’s credit card account for the total room price plus €50 per night for incidental charges. Any applicable guest room charges, will be placed on the authorized credit card.
b) Debit Card
As we are unable to preauthorize debit cards, when a guest elects to present a debit card for the purposes of this policy, the total cost of the accommodations, in addition to a security deposit in the sum of €50 per night, will be deducted from the account at the time of check-in. Where a guest presents a debit card for the purposes of this policy, a valid photo ID will also be required. Full payment will be deducted at the time of check-in (to include the security deposit) and a refund will be processed within 24 hours of departure where there are no outstanding charges and/or damage expenses. Please note that depending on the financial institutions involved, it may take up to 10 working days for a refund to reach the guest’s account.

If determined that the Guest has incurred damage and/or unpaid services during their stay at the Hotel, the Hotel reserves the right to deduct same from the Security Deposit/Pre-Authorization. The Guest also acknowledges and agrees that the Security Deposit/Pre-Authorization amount will not limit the right of the Hotel to exercise or pursue any remedy available in law or in equity for breach of this agreement, including, but not limited to, damages on appliances or finishes and/or furniture, damages on account of or related to smoking in guest rooms or any other costs or losses resulting from the negligence of the Guest.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to pick up the keys, will be sent to you by email.
A deposit may be required at the property.
When booking more than 8 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
Pets are not allowed.
Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed) and charges may be applicable.
Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 12 years old stay for € 15 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
Convenient for the airport and bus network
Over charged for dinner and then a separate unexplained item appeared on my credit card. This took three days to resolve which was a worry at the time. It was wiped off my card in the end.

Esta cerca al aeropuerto, depende de las necesidades de cada uno, pero con bus al centro en la puerta.
Todo fue perfecto, las habitaciones y las estancias del hotel como esta en las fotos, un lugar tranquilo y agradeble, con parking gratuito. El restaurante del hotel de buena calidad. Un desayuno optimo. En la puerta hay bus urbano para bajar al centro.

The room was spacious and comfortable
I had booked a parking space but the car parks were overcrowded. Actually there is a low number of spaces compared to the size of the hotel. When checking in I mentioned that there was not even a space and that I had to park for triple the price in the airport car park in basically one of the very last spaces there. I requested to at least remove the parking fee, to which the lady agreed in a sort of manner ‘we do this all the time’. However, I got the invoice/receipt only after payment on departure and they still charged me for the hotel car park. Then an attempt to refund was made but I was told that it required a manager who was not present. The refund is still on hold in my account and I probably never see the fee being returned which means I have now paid four times what I otherwise would have paid for parking. Very poor service.
