Very comfortable, clean and spacious room with all amenities just a 5-10 mins walk away.
Pros:

Very comfortable hotel room, large and spacious bathroom. Clean throughout. 15 mins walk to Mornington pier. Very well situated, close to Main St shops and supermarkets. I enjoyed the easiness of walking to all the cafes and restaurants. Too busy being out and about to enjoy the pool and gym this time. No breakfast options but the room was well appointed to prepare your own tea and snacks. So many places close by to enjoy brekky! Would definitely stay there again.

Cons:

Maybe longer opening hours for the pool.
