Always reliably comfortable, clean and comfortable.
Pros:

We have stayed at Brooklands for many years now and always enjoy it. It is very clean and we can walk everywhere - beach and shops from there. The staff are very nice and the room is extremely comfortable.

Cons:

Last time we stayed they had movies that played at different times of the day. That seems to have stopped which was a little disappointing.

Last minute weekend stay
Pros:

Lovely staff, very helpful and knowledgeable. Beautiful gardens and lovely rooms. Pleasantly surprised. Would absolutely return.

Cons:

Spa unfortuneatly was under maintainance due to issues but that was unavoidable.

Great place to stay!
Pros:

Heated spa. Queit location.

Cons:

Pool and spa close at 8pm. When travelling afar, a 10pm close time would be very much appreciated.

Linen on bed had a stain between sheets. It was a once off as we ha v e stayed there many times and will continue to stay there.

Pros:

The property was extremely clean and welcoming easy to find and easy to check in. The room was clean tidy and had a king bed in there. Everything was clean. We slept like babies for four nights. It was honestly a little home away from home.

Excellent value and very comfortable stay in Mornington near beach and shops
Pros:

This motel was a cut above what I was expecting, would stay again! Spacious room, with little kitchenette, good sized bathroom, comfortable bed, chairs in a room for sitting + little table and chairs outside, with a nice leafy garden area outlook. Didn't use pool/spa but looked nice. Short walk to the village shops/supermarket/cafes & beach. Really good value for money.

Very relaxing
Pros:

The Pool facilities and the rooms are spacious.

Cons:

The key to get in,the zapper kept not working a few times,l had to go and tell reception, it was quickly rectified.

Maybe just a once off,that happened.
