Amazing location and a great, friendly hotel
Pros:

We had a room on the first floor, which we found larger and had tea/coffee making facilities in the room, which we haven’t had before in rooms on the 2nd floor.
I also requested a first floor room this time, as I find it difficult with too many stairs, my request was fulfilled.
The staff are so friendly and helpful, breakfast had plenty of choice as well. The location is great, right in the centre of the town.
We had a really good stay.

Siempre que puedo me quedo allí, es céntrico, el personal es muy atento, está limpio, la cama es cómoda, hay suficientes enchufes y son habitaciones espaciosas.

Perfect location and great staff
Pros:

Perfect location in centre.
Fabulous entrance and decor in ground floor cafeteria.
Wonderful staff, all so friendly and helpful (especially the lovely man on reception)
The most comfortable pillows!

Cons:

Step into the bathroom very high! Very minimalist in rooms… there was a safe but little else (no fridge/hairdryer/kettle etc)

Overall, however, the hotel is well worth a visit and comes highly recommended.
Pros:

The hotel is ideally situated in a very central location, making it a convenient base for exploring the area. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive throughout the stay. Breakfast was a highlight, both in terms of quality and the charming traditional-style breakfast room, which reflects the hotel's overall classic character well. Housekeeping was also to a very good standard. Very good Wifi in all areas.

Cons:

On the downside, the mattresses and bedding were in need of an upgrade. The fire detector in the room flashed intermittently throughout the night, which was rather disruptive to sleep. Street noise was occasionally noticeable, and the walls proved somewhat thin at times.
