Excellent stay with excellent staff
Pros:

Clean, safe and very friendly and respectable staff. I stayed there for my birthday and the staff treated me like family. The breakfast was also very good/traditional and I enjoyed the service. Beautiful area with beach right on property. Will definitely come back!!!

Wonderful and AMAZINNNNNNNNG!!!!!
Pros:

Unbelievable how neat the place was and the staffs were so friendly I could not believe it. The food was so amazing especially the seafood platter and i enjoyed the swimming pool. I was able to soak up the sea breeze on the beach. Definitely visiting next summer for sure. I have absolutely no complaints

Cons:

Everything was perfect. I wish I had spent more time there.

Pros:

Tolle Lage direkt am strand leider ohne direkten eigenen strand Zugang. Dafür muss man nebenan quasi an den Strand, aber auch das ist kein Problem. Netter Service, tolle Zimmer. Es gibt ein Restaurant und die Preise sind ausser der cocktails völlig fein.
Draussen liefen freie Truthähne rum.

I had a very pleasant stay and will absolutely be returning soon.
Pros:

I loved how eager the staff were to make us feel very welcome. The environment was very clean and full of greenery which was a bit surprising considering its proximity to the beach. I also liked that the resort looked exactly as it was presented on the website.

Cons:

The journey getting there was a bit long but the resort more than made up for the inconveniences.
My stay was definitely too short.

Pros:

Yes good breakfast on the beach. Pool was nice . Staff were very friendly and helpful. Resort had a lovely ambience and beautiful surroundings, turkeys , morning birds for the flowers , variety of trees , etc. Beach is not ideal for swimming but one can access a nearby beach next door.
Driver accomodation was a bit expensive.

Very nice and relaxing stay
Pros:

It is a really nice location directly at the beach. I also liked the bungalows where all the guests were sleeping. The whole compound was very clean, the staff was very friendly, sometimes a little too obedient for my taste (make you feel like in colonial times) but other guests liked it, so it might be me...

Cons:

The road towards the property is so bad, that it takes a very long time to get to the main road; 18min for 4km. To go to Cape Coast is quite a ride. WiFi was also really shaky.

Wonderful time will lovely surroundings let down by the catering.
Pros:

The rooms and the ambiance was really nice, the pool and the play areas were great for the children. Clean, well maintained, staff very helpful and exceptionally polite.

Cons:

The catering is a big issue. Whilst we came as a small group during the week it may be different at the weekends but the organisation for breakfast regarding eggs and bacon was rather haphazard. The dinner was little better, having provided our order two hours before required we were infoirmed one hour before time that the kitchen had no time to prepare all the food and the excuses were varied. This area needs a bit of attention and the resort would be absolutely self contained and fine.

Pros:

Nice place to stay on the beach, gps directions to the place is not good at all, you have to call hotel for guidance. Road leading to hotel is very bad...beds are hard but beautiful place, security is good, food there is affordable and good..no night time entertainment

Great resort- terrible road!
Pros:

The only problem with Charlestina,...is getting to it!. The road to the resort is terrible... and if i didn't know what a great place it is to stay, I would never go there.

The food is very good, staff are attentive but not annoying, rooms are clean and comfortable, the grounds are pleasant and clean. Safe & secure!

Breakfast was great

Cons:

Dinner reservations. We wanted to eat at 6pm but was told the earliest we could eat was 7:30pm. That was a hard thing for us. We ended up not eating dinner that evening as it was just too late for us. If we were given another choice - like maybe they could bring our dinner to our room as soon as possible, or some other choice it would have been better.

Pros:

The hotel grounds are beautiful and some of the hotel staff are really accommodating. Bella, in front of house, our cleaner Agnes, and the (Nigerian) laundry man were the standout personalities that made our stay lovely.
My husband was able to message the kitchen ahead of our delayed and late arrival to have them cook us something to eat, despite the kitchen having closed nearly an hour before.

Cons:

The hotel owners just sitting on the beach without introducing themselves (I had to take the initiative, myself).
Outrageous prices for food, drink, and services despite it being a mediocre hotel.
The room furniture needs updating- they resemble my grandmother's bedroom from the 60s.
The sorting out the bill at the end took way too long- beyond a reasonable amount of time.

Very enjoyable.
Pros:

Lovely resort had a very relaxing time. It has a nice beach and pool area. The food was good, had a nice buffet by a bonfire one evening which was great, nice breakfast was included in the rate. Room was clean and large had everything you need to be comfortable, nice balcony to enjoy morning coffee. Staff very friendly and attentive, definitely recommend would stay there again..

Cons:

Menu was limited so would recommend more choice.
