This was the worst experience we've had, and we will not be coming back. The room was not clean.

It was very difficult to contact any staff for check-in assistance. There was only an automated message through the chat, with no actual staff support. We waited for hours trying to get help through both the app and the host, just to figure out how to access the room. Booking.com's customer support wasn’t available 24/7, and the host never responded personally, even though they have guests. This was the worst experience we've had, and we will not be coming back. The room was not clean. The mattresses were just stacked up in a pile with no bedding service provided — we had to make the beds ourselves. The mattresses were old and uncomfortable, and we didn’t sleep well. Hostel PLEASURE MARUYAMA does not provide breakfast. Check-out time is 10:00 AM. There are no staff members available to assist during the stay. The kitchen area was not clean. Dust and stains on the glasses made me hesitant to use them.

Pros:

9人もの大所帯での宿泊を探していて、ホテルだと高額だったので、コンドミニアムのように使えて快適でした。
祖母からひ孫まで勢ぞろいで泊まれて大満足でした。

Cons:

お風呂場のシャワーの使い方が難しかった。温度調整が微妙な調整を要した。

Cons:

掃除機に前の人のゴミ(髪の毛)がそのまま残ってたりお風呂もカビが生えてたり、ほこりもかなりあって不衛生でした。トイレットペーパーの予備もありませんでした。椅子も敗れたまま放置されてました。

立地の良さ。
円山公園、スーパー、ドラッグストアなどへのアクセス。

Cons:

清潔とは言えない状況でした。
部屋にはきつい体臭が漂い（カーペットに染み付いているのか？）、窓には埃、床にはゴミや髪の毛が付着しており、到着後、掃除機や換気をしなければなりませんでした。
風呂場の排水口はすぐに詰まって流せず、シャワーをゆっくり浴びることはできませんでした。
宿泊中、子どもは咳や鼻水が止まらなかったので、子連れでの滞在はおすすめできません。
