Fabulous pub with b&b

Pros:

Breakfast was excellent as were all the facilities and the staff were very helpful. Will definitely be staying there again.

A fine place to stay in Lymington which is very convenient for the train station with car parking at the rear.
Pros:

A fine building in a quiet residential street. We had a fine large room with plenty of furniture and a comfortable large bed, including an en suite bathroom with plenty of hot water and an abundance of towels. The staff were all polite and friendly and the breakfast was excellent and served promptly.

Cons:

There was a rather unpleasant smell on the stairwell which remained throughout our two night stay and the room was extremely cold on arrival and remained so even after I had turned the radiator on. It wasn’t until I asked at reception that I was told to turn the radiator on to number 5 and after that the room warmed up and remained warm throughout our stay.

Good for a 1 night stay in centre of Lymington
Pros:

Very comfortable bed
Nice to have a decent cup and saucer in room
There was a slight drain smell in the room which is why I cannot give full marks
The breakfast was excellent

Cons:

Smell in room
Quite noisy in the eve when bar occupied.

Great place to stay, near all amenities!!
Pros:

This was a short walk from Lymington Town railway station, which is very handy!! It's also a short walk, uphill, to the main Street with pubs, cafes and shops, mostly independent!! The bus stop isn't far either just up the top of the road, with buses going to Bournemouth and Southampton!! Which both go through lovely places like Chhristchurch to get off and explore!!

Cons:

There wasn't anything we didn't really like here!

Perfect short break
Pros:

Everything about my stay at The Bosun's Chair was brilliant. Great location for public transport, very comfortable room with a great shower. Really friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast including gluten free.

Nothing to dislike at all

Great for a one or two night stay.
Pros:

The cooked breakfast was epic Lovely and served hot. However I think the huge piece of sourdough was a little over the top. Maybe a smaller piece to avoid any waste.

Cons:

The shower in the bathroom was extremely temperamental. It was either scalding hot or freezing cold. one small turn either way sent it one way or another, there was no happy medium.

Great find x lovely stay
Pros:

Breakfast was superb x lots of choice x comfy bed x lovely bedding x great size room x plenty of tea coffee water

Cons:

We happened to pick a windy night to stay x the sigh outside our window squeaked 😬 the sash windows rattled x and the bathroom extractor was very noisy from the wind 🤦🏼‍♀️ the one thing that could be fixed is the aerial for the television which was broke x if we’d of been staying longer it might of been an issue x

Pros:

Generally an excellent good value place to stay.
Pros:

Very pleasant staff. full Bathroom and really hot water with lovely Land &Water products and generous soft white towels..great bed with comfortable warm bedding. Tea and coffee facilites. All incredibly clean and very comfortable. Very good breakfast.

Cons:

My room was cold. It was a cold wet day. I asked about the heating and was assured it would come on ‘when necessary’ but it didn’t. The TV suffered poor reception.

Pros:

Amazing staff, super friendly & helpful!!
A great breakfast, good choice & well presented.

Cons:

Shower in room 4, no temperature control. Either too hot or too cold.
TV is room 2 had a v poor picture.

Terrible smell of drains?? in room 4, quite unpleasant & seemed to remain during the duration of our visit.

Great stay with good facilities, very reasonably priced, delicious breakfast and perfect location
Pros:

Breakfast was very tasty, presented well and filling.
Location was perfect to enjoy a long walk around the marshes, taking in the nature without having to use the car. Idealy placed if you wanted to pop across to the Isle of White ( a plan for the next visit).

We didnt dislike anything.

Pleasant stay, friendly staff, good location.
Pros:

The room was comfortable, nicely decorated, and quite roomy. Lovely breakfasts and a good choice.

Cons:

The coffee on offer wasn't quite strong enough for our taste.
There was no hot water on the last day of our stay, but we hadn't been informed.
