A warm welcome, lovely room with a nice breakfast and a great location
Pros:

Location ideal for town, harbour, lovely walks...good for train trips if needed...coming back as going on the small ferry to Yarmouth IoW

Not applicable....an excellent BnB and in a pub too...well done to all members of staff....we will be back for sure !
