Comfortable, welcoming, convenient
Pros:

Cosy, clean, comfortable: everything fresh and new in the room. Really very good! Right next to the train station and very convenient for the town. Efficient, kind and smiley staff who took good care while respecting privacy- just perfect. Thank you

Excellent and hope to return.
Pros:

Very convenient location, 2 minutes away from Railway station and 5 minutes from the Quay and High Street. Clean & comfortable . Excellent breakfast and lovely staff with excellent service.

Cons:

Not a dislike but a comment - towel hooks in the bathroom would be helpful

What a little gem of a pub hotel in Lymington
Pros:

What a little gem of a pub hotel - staff were lovely and helpful, private car park, fabulous breakfast and a good sized room. A little noisy but it's a pub so we expected that and as soon as the pub closed at 11pm, all was good.

Cons:

For the price, nothing not to like, great value for money.

Satisfactory stay.
Pros:

Location was good for the town and the harbour. Staff were friendly.

Cons:

You had to stand and look sideways out of the window for a garden view otherwise it was the side of the house next door!
The room was not made up so teabags etc were not replenished.

Just a wonderful place to stay. Much better than we thought staying above a pub.
Pros:

Everything. A lovely room. Lovely staff paticularly the South African girl on breakfast who also did the rooms. Breakfast was lovely. Great location.

Cons:

Nothing but quite steep stairs up to the room number 7.

Excellent stay and would happily return
Pros:

We had a last minute weekend away and took our little dog with us . The staff were friendly and helpful and loved our little Wilma ( dog) . Wilma had a welcome box on check in and a sausage at breakfast in the morning .
The pub is large and friendly with a nice outdoor area. The bar shows all types of sports on multiple screens and seems to be a favourite with the locals. Not a lot of parking but we had no problems. Very central, just a couple of minutes walk to the quay and opposite the rail station. We had a fab weekend and would happily return .

Cons:

The stairs are quite steep, wasnt a problem for us but maybe something to check if you have mobility problems

A nice break with a friend

A great room. Recently redone.
Location really good for walking into town.
No staff at night but we were well informed of what to do in case of an emergency.
Staff friendly.
Breakfast good.
Quiet.
Good nights sleep.

I didn’t stay due to the poor facilities

Nothing. Scruffy drinking pub.

Cons:

The room I was given was small, very hot and little ventilation with dirty windows which were difficult to open. Ugly outlook. Small old tv and dirty mark on ceiling. I didn’t stay the night

Very comfortable room and great staff.
Pros:

Great breakfast selection and all freshly cooked. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was exceptionally comfortable and the environmentally friendly shower was interesting.

Cons:

Car parking was very limited and staying guests not given priority. Pub was busy and noisy on the Friday night we stayed until after 11pm.
