Pros:

As a family we booked the whole 3 bedroom apartment. It was massive and each bedroom had its own ensuite. It was clean and tidy, and the bedrooms were air-conditioned.
The location was awesome; literally 40m from the waterfront. Walk to all day tours, ferry, shops, restaurants.
Good communication and service.

Cons:

Really it was great, maybe a couple of really minor or things could make it better eg lamps next to beds, a comfy couch to replace chairs in living room, queen beds instead of double...

Cons:

Se deben subir tres pisos por escalera y si no tienes quien te ayude subiendo la maleta, es un problema. No tiene dispensador de agua, hacen limpieza cuando te vas, no mientras estés hospedado.

Agradable, cómodo y precio razonable.
Pros:

Las sábanas, toallas, el agua caliente, la ubicación, la cocina estaba bien equipada, el aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien y la señora era muy amable.

Cons:

La cama era muy pequeña, era como una cama doble pero no queen. Me hubiera gustado que tuviera botellón de agua para rellenar nuestros termos.
Y las escaleras muy incómodas si vienes con varias maletas.

El chico de la casa fue bastante amable con nosotros, nos dejó traer las maletas antes de hora y al irnos se nos retrasó el vuelo y también nos dejó dejar las maletas para poder ir a dar una vuelta y luego volver a por ellas. La ubicación es perfecta.

Cons:

En Booking nos ponía un precio y cuando pagamos era otro mucho más elevado, claro está que no es culpa del hotel si no de la aplicación.

The apartment has the best location, just a 2-minute walk from the promenade where you can spot sea lions and sea turtles – truly magical! Jairo and Keyko made our stay effortless and welcoming. The apartment itself is clean, spacious, and beautiful, with marble floors throughout, a fully equipped fridge, WiFi, TV, and a bathroom in the bedroom with hot water and excellent pressure. The air conditioning in the bedroom kept us comfortable, and there’s also an iron and hair dryer available for convenience.

A highlight of our stay was the 360 trip around the island organized by Jairo – an amazing must-do experience including snorkeling and breathtaking views. We couldn’t recommend this apartment more!

Muy recomendado, perfecto para conocer San Cristobal.
Pros:

A un paso del muelle, yo fui caminando incluso desde el aeropuerto en mi llegada. La ubicación es perfecta.

El lugar es muy muy limpio, bien iluminado y en general no pude haber estado mas cómodo.

Se escucha muy fuerte conversaciones de la habitación de a la par. Igual estuve solo en todo el apartamento casi toda mi estadía

Pros:

Geweldige locatie op twee minuten lopen van de ferry. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en extreem behulpzaam. Het hotel zelf heeft een grote ruime woonkamer met een compleet ingerichte keuken. Beide zijn zeer schoon. De kamer is netjes, schoon en comfortabel. Heerlijk warm water, goede wifi en Netflix en Disney+ als je dat wil op tv.

At the price we paid, we expected a bit more.

Responsive host, great location, wifi was really good, AC worked, rooms were clean

Cons:

There were amazing reviews on this accomodation so we had really high expectations. However, I need to give my honest opinion in saying that it felt at best a 2 star hotel (I know where all these 5 stars are coming from). The room felt prison like, with simple furniture (the bed didn’t even have a bed frame) and the window was blocked by a wall. As a consequence, no natural sunlight ever came through and it was always damp in the room. We talked to another couple who was also staying and they said that the hosts refused to give them another set of towels. A bit problematic considering the towels were never dry.

And there was a kitchen in the communal area, which looked super inviting to cook at. However, whilst they had salt and sugar, there was no oil? A bit confusing considering there was everything else to make a nice meal.

Pros:

The hotel is very clean! The location is excellent- 1 min walk to the pier and all life, several beaches are nearby, Playa Mann beach with sea lions is 8 min walk. There is a very clean kitchen with all staff to prepare food. The host Keyko is very friendly and helpful.

Great location, but no natural light in the room

Fantastic location two minutes from the pier.
