After a lot of complains and effort put into getting the room we paid for, final room was beautiful, shame we had it only for couple of days instead of one week what we booked
When we arrived, they took us into tiny smelly filthy room and said thats it. When I told them it is definitely not what we paid for and showed him what we booked, guy said that they have someone in that room and they cant give it to us. After a lot of arguing guy gave us little bit better room, but nothing even close to original flat we were supposed to have. He told us that we will get the room in 2 days. He asked us if we can cancel booking on booking.com and that we will solve it together.
In 2 days when we asked that we should have our room, he said not yet and that it will be ready tomorrow... that went for another 2 days.
When we git really angry on what is happening, for last 2 days they finally gave us our room.
There is so much more wrong with that place, but it would be even longer.
They booked my room and I could not check in and had to go and find a hotel elsewhere. Is there something criminal going on
Staff very kind, the boss gave us the family room for the price of a couple room, it was very gentle

Good location
Very strong smoke/cigarette smell caused by staff sitting smoking outside the room all day. Room opened up to main road so noisy. Tap on the sink not secure and wobbled around. Room not totally clean when we arrived (hair balls on floor and stained bedding), we didn’t see a maid service the whole time we were there. We didn’t get hand soap or toilet roll we had to go to reception to ask. Never anyone sat at reception and only one person spoke to us with google translate/no one tried to speak English they just said they couldn’t help. We asked on our first day to reduce our stay from 4 to 3 nights - they said yes okay and we paid in full for three days then on our last day at reception they told us we had to pay for the 4th night anyway and though we weren’t staying there! Even with three days notice and telling us it was fine at first.
The room is clean and comfortable. The location is very good. No matter where you want to go, it is very close. There are supermarkets, restaurants and cafes nearby. It is very convenient.
There were no breakfast and locations were fairly good
The room had a strong cigarette odors giving us a hard time to go to sleep. The staff were literally smoking right outside our room.
