The Hotel is going out of business. Everything is falling apart & management is totally unconcerend
Pros:

Good location and in well connected area. Close to a Yisil bazar, metro station. Large Lobby lounge and nice restaurant on top floor with view of the city.

Cons:

Swimming pool is out of service.
Only 1 lift works but messed-up control system.
Free Message is only from 09:00 to 17:00 hrs when most of the people are out on business, still the elderly masseuse only takes 7-8 appointments a-day; hard to get a schedule; only got 20-mins once in 6-days of stay!
Toilet has a stench that doesn't go away, complaining didn't do a thing.
Breakfast has only 6-items, same menu everyday; doesn't care to refill salt or pepper shaker. When asked, the waiter lady just gives a smile saying- No have!
Front desk didn't keep any of my request, changed the bed sheet after saying for 3-days.
With all these issues, still taking full price.

Pros:

I stayed at this hotel for 9 days and had a good experience. The staff was very great and helpful, always ready to assist. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.

Cons:

However, the location is about a 30-minute walk to Nizami Street, which can be inconvenient. Also, if you bring a guest, they charge an extra 30 manat, which was disappointing.

Horrible breakfast, only eggs and cheese DAILY!
And most of the time there are no more; other days no bread!
Not a single day was there pepper or salt, and I addressed it so many times; they state they'll put some, but then nothing is there!
Never was I able to shower with hot water in my room, though my friends had.
They claim I booked for a pool; they said it is not functioning during my stay, and they did not accept to give me back my extra money paid.
The free massage they talk about, which was an 8-minute session, has nothing to do with massage. The lady puts cuppings on and removes them, and that is it!

Noooothing at ALL DID I LIKE.The worst staff ever..the hotel management are thieves, they gave me a room that flooded, stinking, cold water a d when I reported they said I had to wait for 10 to 11hours to see what they can do!

Cons:

They are scammed! I requested for a refund after I saw the room they allocated me, that damp, flooded, carpet horrible, bed very uncomfortable and room very dirty, old and bathroom and sink rusted, disrty,no soap, airfreshner , and no response. They have cheated me my 289Usd plus the 198Usd I paid to Booking fot com for reservation! You are thieves.
You need to refund.me all my money, I only slept there on very very uncomfortable night! I demand 500usd back to.me
