Geyser wasn’t working in our room, but was helped with bucket full of hot water.

Mediocre breakfast
Quality of staff is extremely poor. The hotel appoints inappropriate staff to cut down costs. The hotel building and maintenance on OK. But the front office staff like Himanshu and the waiters in the restaurant are very rude and poor quality.

It was our first night after our wedding at this hotel it is one of the finest properties i have visited in Nagpur, quite budget friendly options, the staff and the place is worth visiting 😃
There isn't anything we didn't like about the property
The room is big and nice (suite).
At breakfast a big rat was running at the floor! The straff said it was common. We did not eat! The homepage at Booking.com said Mastercard is ok. The staff said my card was not working and demanded cash. My card worked perfectly other places. This is not a 5 star hotel, it is max 3.
The food was very good. The room was spacious. The staff were courteous.
They could have had some regular TV channels (like at least the News channels) instead of just an internet TV without any DTH service.
