Pros:

Great hotel, great stay. Clean, comfortable with friendly staff. The breakfast was very nice. Central location.

Cons:

The pillows should have been better. They only had the German 80x80. I will have to check if they offer the 40x80. But, not really something to complain about er the bed was very comfortable

Everything- a great hotel

Cons:

The light on the air-conditioner is VERY BRIGHT AT NIGHT - during the day it's not noticeable- this disturbed my sleep and I had to put on my lufthansa eye blockers so that I could sleep.

Schöne großzügige Zuimmer in denen man sich auch aufhalten kann.
Pros:

Großes Zimmer mit vernünftiger Matratze im Bett.
Vernünftiger Schreibtisch der mit zwei Steckdosen auch eine gute Stromversorgung hat.

Cons:

Check-In über Automaten, der Empfang ist nicht dauerhaft besetzt.

Grundsätzlich sehr gut.aber so etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt !!! 15 Minuten nach der CheckoutTime wurde Polizei gerufen

- [ ] Keine Duschen und Umziehen mehr möglich
- [ ] Mängelliste siehe Fotos
- [ ] Booking com gezeigt, meine Buchung jedoch ohne Details zur Checkout Time
- [ ] Wurde ab 9 Uhr bereits durch Klopfen an Tür geweckt
- [ ] 10:30 kam Zimmerfrau wieder. Sagte „… checke um 12 aus. Gehe laufen. Bezahle Aufpreis. Sie soll bitte klären was das kostet. Ich bezahle das. Ggf. Bleibe ich noch eine Nacht“
- [ ] Bekam keine Antwort. Dafür stelle ich um 10:55 fest, dass Zimmerkarte deaktiviert ist. Packe zusammen und ziehe mich zum Laufen um.
- [ ] Stelle Stuhl in Zimmertür und suche auf dem Gang Personal.
- [ ] Als ich fast fertig bin, steht Polizei in der Tür !
- [ ] Siehe Email vom Hotel: „Ihr Checkout sollte bis 10:30 stattfinden“. Also kein MUSS. Daher dachte ich lateCheckout möglich. Auf meine Anfrage erfolgte kein Angebot sondern der Vorgang mit Polizei.
Anmerkung zum Checkin:
- [ ] Sollte Kreditkarte und PIN eingeben, habe jedoch keinen Beleg erhalten. Obwohl das am Terminal angezeigt wurde.
- [ ] Laut Boocking com ist alle dort bezahlt. Was ist nun? Zahle ich doppelt ?

Für unsere Zwecke (Familienbesuch in Neunkirchen) optimal
Pros:

Reichhaltiges Frühstück. Nettes Personal.

Cons:

Schade dass die Badezimmertür in 22 verzogen war und sich maximal zu 2/3 öffnen ließ.
Eine Lampe oberhalb des Waschbeckens wäre auch ein Gewinn.
