Infelizmente tive uma experiência terrível. Já havia ficado ano passado no mesmo hotel, mas num quarto bem melhor. Nesse, o cheiro estava terrível, as paredes sujas e manchadas e o banheiro completamente mofado. Não bastasse isso, depois que estava deitado e coberto comecei a sentir um cheiro estranho na coberta. Acendi a luz e a coberta estava com cocô, isso mesmo, cocô. Uma mancha de coco seco que ainda exalava um fedor terrível. Estava próximo ao meu rosto. Esse tipo de experiência é um verdadeiro descaso com o cliente. Eles não tem a menor vergonha na cara, afinal obviamente nada foi lavado lá dentro. Pelo cheiro os lençóis tb não estavam limpos. Não tinha cocô como na coberta, mas estava cheirando humanos. Péssimo. Coloquem-se no lugar dos seus clientes. Nunca mais vou voltar.

No outro quarto gostei que a TV fica acima da mesa e nesse quarto também os interruptores do abajur estão próximos da cama e junto com tomada fêmea

Cons:

O primeiro quarto não tinha janela. Pedimos para trocar. O segundo quarto tinha janela mas o box era bem apertadinho.
