Pros:

Elites hotel is not far from the beach, it's on a busy street everything is within reach.Shops, restaurants. The hotel is nice and clean, the staff were helpful

Cons:

Some things didn't work like plug sockets.

Would definitely book again if we wanted a clean, well located cheap hotel to stay.
Pros:

Very good for what we paid. Room was comfortable and shower was great. Even better than the Club room shower of the Singapore Shangri-La hotel.

Cons:

Gym is extremely hot. Fans didn’t work until we asked. Most of the equipment is broken or poor quality.

Great value, ideal location and well presented
Pros:

A neatly presented Double Ensuite room, very good price point and good location within the city to reach everywhere by foot. A bonus to have the small but very neat roof top pool and sun bathing area with a nice view over some of the city.

Far too expensive for this level.
Pros:

It,s not far from where I wanted to be.

Cons:

Almost everything. The lobby was dusty, dirty, almost abandoned. Beware of the bath, it's not flat and slippery. The room is from another standard and time. And if you book this hotel for the balcony, just don't. There are 2 huge AC's that blocks the space and vue.

Great location, clean and comfortable.
Pros:

The hotel location is great. A short walk to the beach with plenty of restaurant options nearby. There are 3 mini marts within 50 metres to buy drinks etc. the bed was comfortable and the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided daily. The staff at reception were very helpful and friendly.

Try to find another place first
Pros:

It’s near the beach and a walkable distance (around 25 min) from Dragon Bridge. Also you can find many restaurants, bar and cafes in the area.

Cons:

I could be happy anyway, if at the end of our stay we had a situation (some of the people who come ted before me had experienced the same or similar situations). I’ll try to explain shortly what happened. They are providing some drinks and snacks (not free) and 2 free bottles per day that are 330ml. The brand of the water is Aquafina and they have bottles in many different sizes. So, I’ve checked out and left my luggage - when I came back they’ve showed me a photo of the fridge with 2 330ml bottles and they insisted that they were supposed to be of 500ml so I need to pay 30k vnd (1€). I got angry because I’ve double checked the fridge multiple times as I already expected something like this to happen. I recommend doing photos of the room, fridge and everything when checking in and before checking out.

Another thing - water drops were falling out the sink all the time and there was a constant noise that was waking me up. Also, they provided just 1 big towel and no hand towels.
