Exceptional location to UST but the room keeps getting flooded
Pros:

Staff were attentive and reliable

Cons:

The unit given to us always has floor leaks which floods the unit. Had to call maintenance several times to mop it. The leaks made the unit risky for slips and falls. They did not offer a room change
