Its was just amazing

Property was clean, spacious, good location would stay again when in the area

Very nice property & would stay again. Just a shame that on the evening I stayed, for work on a Wednesday evening (I’d understand on a weekend) there was a particularly loud group staying under my room. Not the property’s fault, very unfortunate but worth knowing if you get unlucky you can hear people having a few drinks loud & clear.

Unmanned accommodation, very dark car park, only one lock on the door and no safety latch.
Overall I was ok staying there, but would not be happy with my wife arriving the dark letting herself into the property.

Clean, modern property with a homely feel. Great location and outside reserved parking. Very comfortable bed, bedding and visible wall mounted thermostat to control room temperature. Large smart television with apps including Netflix, Prime and YouTube. Tower fan also provided - a nice touch considering that I sleep with a tower fan on 365 days a year. I didn’t see a hairdryer - although I didn’t search for one and no tissues which would have been appreciated, but not essential. I would definitely stay again and will recommend to people staying in the area!

A very clean and comfortable accommodation in a great location with easy access to parking

Very comfortable and great room. Far more agreeable than a hotel. Easy to find. Good parking. Internet. Easy instructions. Clean. Lovely shower. Private. Great value for money.

The accommodation was very nice. Spotless and perfect for our requirements. We had a family party nearby and needed somewhere to get ready and sleep. Very comfy and the tea towel to wipe the mugs was a good idea. Tea and coffee and biscuits were very welcome after the party. Thank you. Will definitely stay again.

We were here for just one night and the property was fine for that. We could walk to the centre of Woburn Sands easily. It’s also not far from Milton Keynes shops. It had everything we needed except for a hairdryer but maybe there was one once. Small items like this often vanish. Also there is only one chair and if we’d been staying longer we would have appreciated a second one. But overall we are very happy with our short stay and would use it again

Amazing, I cannot praise this place enough. Easy parking, spotless, clean, comfy, great value.

Immaculately clean, smelt lovely, spacious and much more homely feel than a hotel. Will be my new stop for weekly work stays, have already booked another 4 dates!
