Esperienza ottima, sicuramente la consiglio
Pros:

Posizione fantastica con vista sulle colline. La piscina molto bella ideale per passare qualche ora nei momenti più caldi della giornata.

Pros:

Hotel in posizione pazzesca. In centro, sulla cima della collina, vista spettacolare sia dalla terrazza, che dalla piscina e anche dalla maggior parte delle camere. Staff molto gentile e disponibile, camera ampia e molto confortevole. Non ho provato il ristorante ma le recensioni e i piatti che vedevo arrivare ai clienti erano molto invitanti. Spa molto bella, con possibilità di servizio massaggi.

Cons:

Per essere un quattro stelle mi aspettavo almeno una presa USB nella camera, che mi fosse data la wifi all'arrivo o almeno che fosse nella camera. Camera molto pulita, ma con le travi in legno bisogna prestare attenzione ovunque: nel bagno c'erano le ragnatele ma non ho fatto osservazione. La spa è molto bella ma il bagno turco è stato acceso al mio arrivo, quindi inutilizzabile perché non a temperatura, l'idromassaggio non funzionava. Sono stati molto gentili a non farmi pagare i 30euro della spa. Colazione un po scarna per un quattro stelle, ma comunque tutto buono

Der Ort ist sehr schön und beim nächsten Besuch wählen wir ein anderes Hotel.

Cons:

Zimmer nicht im angegebenen Standard.
Waschbecken mit scharfkantigen Rissen. Wandecken gebrochen und Tür defekt.

The Pool to cool down. The view from the property. That is all unfortunately.

Cons:

There are too many things to list and I would never stay there again. This is my first bad review from all the properties I’ve stayed at on booking.com.
The food is awful, there is mould in the room air conditioner, full ashtrays everywhere including in my balcony on my arrival, overflowing rubbish bin at pool with dirty nappies included (and remained like that for 3 days even after I complained about it!), staff appeared disinterested and breakfast and restaurant staff not welcoming or friendly.

A farsi tre piani di scale per raggiungere la stanza. Punto di forza il servizio di sala i camerieri sono professionali e molto competenti oltre che simpatici.

Enjoyable relaxing stay!
Pros:

Great hotel, if you want to explore the region and still have the older italian atmosphere! Amazing pool overlooking the valley. Great restaurant but also very close to the city, walking distance to some bars and great cosy restaurants. Definitely recommend and coming back! Advice to the hotel in high season the airconditioning is quite poorly, at least in our room.
