Я благодарен всему персоналу, что наше проживание прошло достаточно комфортно и без происшествий.
Pros:

Достаточно тихо, комнаты расположены рядом. Есть кондиционер и ванная в номерах. Все описанные услуги предоставляются. Также была предоставлена бесплатная комната для хранения багажа в день отъезда. Персонал готов решить проблемы на месте. Расположение среднее, однако дешевое такси перекрывает этот недостаток. Завтрак в отеле относительно простой, но разнообразный. Рядом есть магазин и закусочные, где можно пару раз пообедать/поужинать.

Cons:

Общий недостаток - 4 звезды очень условные, то есть все требования возможно и выполнены, но в целом некоторые вещи вызывают вопросы. Так мы изначально на несколько часов были размещены не в свои номера, а потом переселялись. Номера, описанные как номера с возможностью разделения большой кровати на 2 односпальные по факту были с большим матрасом, а значит их нельзя разделить (таким образом вместо 14 спальных мест во всех номерах мы получили 10). Матрас кстати оказался одним из самых жестких. Пульт от кондиционера был один на несколько комнат, в одной из комнат кондиционер сливал конденсат в комнату прямо на стол.

Free wifi. Dirty toilet. Hot room without air conditioner. Broken door. No invoice.
Pros:

Staff were nice in general. When I entered the room, it was clean. The water is provided free outside the room. Wifi is provided for free, which seems to be barely letting the user to surf the web. Fridge is inside the room. Wardrobe was spacious.

Cons:

One of the saddest things about the hotel is that they don't have enough power cords to plug in. There was only one single power outlet by the bedside on the right hand corner. No end tables are available on either side of the bed. The door was malfunctioning and could not lock the door. The hotel front man knew the door was broken but did not fix it. Instead, he showed how to lock the broken door, which was incredibly difficult. I did not feel comfortable because the door could not be locked. The toilet was cleaned but smelled bad. Because the water does not come up to the certain level, what comes out of your arse will leave marks on ceramics, which looks very bad and smell terrible due to the shit mark staying there until you check out and get cleaned afterwards. The shower head was broken. It would've been nice to have an air conditioning system but wasn't equipped. Since I felt so hot and humid inside, I opened the window to only see hundreds of cars passing by. The noise level is generally loud until very late night. You cannot open the windows not only because of the loud car noises outside but also unpleasant gas smell belching out of hundreds of cars outside. If you're intending to stay during the summer, one MUST BRING AN ELECTRIC FAN. Finally, the hotel does not provide an invoice. I sent a request to send an invoice but the hotel is continuing to ignore me. If you're going for a business trip, you would need an invoice. Remember, they do not provide one.

Pros:

Останавливались в этом отеле с 21 по 23 марта 2026 года. Нас было 16 человек.
Занимали 5 номеров на 2 этаже.
Номера к нашему приезду были приготовлены, в них есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания.
Очень вежливый и доброжелательный персонал.
Вкусный и разнообразный завтрак.
Удобное расположение, много точек общепита, много магазинов.
Рядом остановка общественного транспорта, на котором очень удобно и быстро можно добраться в любую точку города, недалеко станция метро.
Особо хотим отметить администратора Шахриёра он нам во всем помогал
