Pros:

Lovely stay.

Cons:

The shampoo and shower gel could be improved. Especially their position in the shower.

Refurbished rooms in a very good but quite location of Biarritz. Central but away from the noice.

Limited opening hours of a reception, very short bed (mu feet were out all night)

Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien situé. Je n’étais pas véhiculée et j’a pu faire tout à pied. Les restaurants, bars, cafés, plages sont à proximité. Il y a aussi des arrêts de bus pas loin si on veut aller à saint jean de luz, la gare ou autre.

Cons:

Le wifi fonctionnait très mal.

Für den Preis leider ein ungenügender Service und eine enttäuschende Erfahrung, auch wenn es ein Einzelfallzu sein schei
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage und sehr freundlicher Empfang.

Cons:

Leider war das Zimmer nicht korrekt gereinigt. Konkret:
- Teppichboden mit Sand und Krümeln von Brot o.ä.
- Haare auf einem Handtuch
- Schmutziger Boden im Bad neben der Toilette und extrem zwischen WC und Duschkabine
- Alter Staub auf dem Schrank

Das krasseste:
- Wir haben direkt am Morgen nach der ersten Nacht die Handtücher zum Wechsel auf den Boden gelegt, mindestens eines davon - schmutzig - wurde dann vom Roomservice wieder zurückgelegt

Da die Rezeption am Abend nicht besetzt ist, konnten wir das leider nicht reklamieren und sind dann eh planmäßig nach 2 Nächten weitergezogen.
