Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage. Großes, sauberes und schön gestaltetes Zimmer. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Retrouver la mer à Biarritz
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel, en plein centre et à quelques minutes de la plage. La chambre, petite mais bien équipée et fonctionnelle. La jovialité de l'accueil.

Cons:

L’hôtel n'a pas de parking, et celui le plus proche coûte 25 € les 24 heures. Mais c'est Biarritz !

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war gut. Ruhig. Alles wunderbar zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Personal an der Reception sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war kleiner, als wir es uns anhand der Bilder vorgestellt haben. aber für eine Nacht völlig in Ordnung.

Très bien situé entre le Port Vieux et les Halles
Pros:

Bon accueil, climatisation, confort des chambres...

Cons:

En l'absence d'une réception ouverte 24h24, ce serait bien d'avoir à disposition un distributeur de boisson et grignotage.

A basic 3-star in a central location
Pros:

The location was very central and close to restaurants and beaches. But be warned, it’s halfway up a steep road.

Cons:

I booked this hotel because the pictures seemed to show the rooms had wood flooring but it’s actually very worn carpet. The building seems quite old as there’s no elevator, and the staircase is very narrow. There’s no soundproofing at all so I found it quite noisy. Even after asking for my room to be cleaned, the bathroom sink and floor were left dirty. There were no drinking glasses in either the room or bathroom and very few coat hangers.

L'emplacement est top à la fois pas loin de l'océan, à proximité des Halles et des bonnes tables, mais suffisamment éloigné du bruit nocturne.
Les chambres rénovées avec goût en 2024.
Le petit-dej très bien ett le personnel très aimable et disponible.

Lovely little hotel for seaside break
Pros:

Lovely comfortable airy room on top floor with good views. Good bathroom and air-conditioning; nice also to have a fridge to use.

Continental breakfast buffet in reception area.

Very friendly, helpful staff.

Location brilliant - on a quiet street near the Port Vieux, sea front and beaches, restaurants, market.
