Sobe ANDREIS

The room was in terrible condition. The equipment was old and there was dirt everywhere. The window was broken and during the storm the water was getting inside. The toilet was not hygienic. We only got 3 small towels that were barely absorbing water. We found used tissues behind the nightstand, probably from previous guests. The entire building and especially the apartment smelled terrible. There was no AC. The owner made us feel uncomfortable as two young women. We decided to cancel our last night there.

Manjak privatnosti prilikom odlaska i dolaska, propitkivanje gdje cu, pozivi na pice, prijedlozi za druzenje itd. Dakle, vlasnik apartmana (bakin sin) malo previse zadire u privatnost. Također soba koju sam dobila, wc je bio malo upitne čistoće.

Neuredan WC,ne radi tuš

Al nostro arrivo causa overbooking senza troppe remore siamo stati alloggiati in un appartamento angusto, disordinato e MOLTO sporco. Solo dietro nostra richiesta, il proprietario ha acconsentito a non farci pagare quella notte. Altra cosa molto grave è che l’annuncio non corrisponde al vero: non è un intero appartamento, ma camere con bagno privato un po’ datato e una cucina condivisa al piano inferiore poco funzionale e poco accogliente. Il tavolino in foto è in zona di passaggio, quindi poco utilizzabile e curata. In ripetute occasioni non ci è piaciuto l’atteggiamento dei padroni di casa (la madre del proprietario molto invadente e chiassosa). Wi-Fi poco funzionante.

The house organization, the cleanliness was very very poor, common areas very old and messy. The walls of the room need paint, furniture is very old. The towels provided were old, we were there during a thunderstorm and we had rain coming in the room from the window!!! Need to have a big adaptation spirit to stay even one night in this house...

Annonce qui ne correspond pas à la réalité car il s’agit de chambres et non pas de studios mais il y a une grande cuisine commune
Le bruit le soir car c’est sur un axe principal et comme il n’y a pas de clim il faut laisser la fenêtre ouverte (en août)
