Is old hotel needs improvement but in general it’s ok and overvalued
Pros:

Location very good.The room was big enough and clean

Cons:

The sound from streets the water in shower was difficult to manage hot cold water . They forbid food to the rooms

Atendimento, recepção pelo senhor que fica na portaria, do restaurante que serve muito bem e principalmente da localização. Na rua tem um café maravilhoso, boates e fica perto da Medina e dos passeios turísticos.
Super indico esse hotel.

El personal. La mujer de la recepción y el hombre que estaba por la tarde. Muy agradables y amables.
La cama cómoda y buen wifi.

Cons:

Reserve primero una noche debido a un problema que tuve que quedarme más tiempo. La habitación (104) tenía muchas deficiencias de mantenimiento, se enboza el baño, la taza del wc suelta, la alcachofa de la ducha tira agua para todos lados menos para donde tiene que ir, se escuchaba todos los ruidos y el aire no tiraba bien en caliente. Al tener que quedarme otra noche adicional les pregunte si era posible cambiar de habitación por las molestias anteriores y me ofrecieron la (306). Aquí el baño estaba bien salvo la taza del wc que también le pasaba lo mismo ;))) Pero el aire no tiraba nada de aire caliente y las ventanas no cerraban bien. Necesita un cambio de ventanas para aislar de frío y ruidos (imagino que también en verano del calor) y un cambio de puertas que se escucha todo. En general necesita mantenimiento urgente para poder acomodar correctamente ya que no se consigue descansar bien. Con estas cosas la puntuación sería de al menos un 7 pero así no se puede ni aprobar salvo por los recepcionistas que son muy serviciales.

Le personnel était au top, aux petits soins c'était le seul point positif chez eux

Je n’ai pas apprécié la qualité des équipements ni la propreté : odeur sur les draps, cheveux sous la couette et beaucoup de bruit la nuit. J’ai passé des nuits blanches. Il serait bien de fournir des bouchons d’oreilles aux clients
