What a truly mesmerizing getaway
Pros:

Literally loved everything. We had a fantastic stay with exceptional service throughout. A special thanks to Duminda from the operations team for his outstanding support and warm hospitality. The breakfast staff were attentive, very welcoming and the food was of excellent quality, fresh and delicious. The beachfront is absolutely stunning offering a perfect setting to relax. The location is also very convenient with easy access to spots like Brizo Mirissa and many great restaurants to try. Overall a truly memorable and relaxing getaway.

Perfect Location and comfy beds!
Pros:

The beds were extremely comfortable! The room was and bathroom were very clean and the staff were super attentive. The location was perfect as we wanted to be right by the beach but also walking distance to cafes/restaurants and shops. Would stay here again.

Cons:

Currently undergoing renovations which was quite noisy from 7am till the evening.

Cons:

I had a very disappointing experience at Salt Mirissa.

The cleanliness was extremely poor. There was visible mould in both the bathroom and parts of the room, which made the space feel unhygienic and uncomfortable. On top of that, there were ants in the bathroom and even inside the room itself, which was quite unsettling.

Unfortunately, the conditions were so bad that we couldn’t stay. We had to cancel our booking and then find alternative accommodation at short notice, which was stressful and inconvenient.

For a place in such a beautiful location, this was really disappointing. Basic hygiene and maintenance should be a priority, and this was clearly lacking during our visit.

I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel les pieds dans le sable, petit déjeuner copieux face à la mer. Endroit idéal pour admirer

Cons:

Hôtel en travaux au moment où nous y avons séjourné. Peu de nuisances sonores cependant.

Pros:

Great location. Big king bed with good pillow selection.
The restaurant and staff were fantastic. Don't go anywhere else, your already at the best restaurant on the beach. Lunch and dinner.

Cons:

Air conditioning temperature light lit up the room like daylight when the lights went out. Hard to sleep if you like darkness. Bed was hard too.

Great location!
Pros:

Close to the beach.

Cons:

The starlink internet did not work throughout our stay, had to resort to using our own data.
The beach restaurant played heavy bass music to after midnight even though it’s not a club.

Cons:

Television and dialog connection was not working. They should have checked it before giving the room. Some of them trying to make the connection work. Which was really appreciated. But could have done it beforehand.
