Building works. Huge project. The staff are doing everything they can to make it better but you can’t help the fact that it’s happening

Television and dialog connection was not working. They should have checked it before giving the room. Some of them trying to make the connection work. Which was really appreciated. But could have done it beforehand.

The facility is under construction and pictures are not representing the reality. There is even no proper place to seat, eat and drink. We had a serious issue with the volume of the music. Although loud music is allowed until 10 pm, they continued until 12:15 during the our stayed although i called multiple times and begin them to stop or lower the volume. Selling a few beverage is more important than the law and your comfort. This facility and their mentality does not deserve their fee and rating. I will never go there again.

We stayed here recently and the accommodation itself was nice with a good location, but the ongoing construction work did affect our stay which we were not aware was on going. They’re currently building a new restaurant on the premises (a project that will take around two years from now), and unfortunately the noise starts very early in the morning and continues throughout the day. Shouting and banging all day long! We were woken up every morning and didn’t get the best sleep, so it wasn’t as relaxing. There was also dust on the balcony from the building work so we didn’t like to use it, plus a couple of power cuts during our stay which was very inconvenient.

When we mentioned the noise to the staff and asked about a discount which they do offer onsite (half price to online), they weren’t very accommodating and were rude, which was disappointing. The onsite restaurant/bar is also quite expensive compared to other places nearby.

Overall, it’s a nice place with good potential, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here during the construction period. Once the work is finished, it will likely be a much more enjoyable and peaceful experience.

Construction work was taking place when I stayed which was unavoidable but a little disappointing. Room had everything I needed but there were ants on and around the bedside tables and in the sink area in the bathroom. WiFi struggled reaching the room and the beach.

The property was undergoing renovations, which they had informed us about in advance via messages. However, we weren’t aware of how extensive the work would be, and it did affect our overall experience. Attached a picture. Several nearby resorts were in better condition, and had we known earlier, we would have chosen another place. Additionally, the food shack was overpriced — we paid around ₹1000 for just four spring rolls, which didn’t feel worth it.

Bad isolation of doors - neverending noise from sea guard that's right next to the hotel and small bugs coming through every small hole. We used repelents but it helped only partially. Then we woke up with cockroach in the room and left the hotel right away. Also there was not even one breakfast when they would bring everything correctly. I don't know if they don't care or just don't listen when we order, but they always mixed up everything or forgot to bring stuff. Also there was the construction going on so there was noise the whole day and workers sleeping out there in front of hotel during the night, which didn't feel safe at all. The way to the beach was always next to them so you had to make sure not to cut yourself on some iron laying on the ground.

Property is being extended with construction on site which should have been disclosed when booking. There was a cement mixer going all day causing constant noise and preventing use of balcony. Training facility next door with loudspeakers starting very early. TV did not work and wifi kept dropping out. Very disappointed, over priced
