Very good

Pros:

It was very quiet and cozy despite it being in the middle of town. There is a nice terrace place to sit quietly
The roof top is abit hot though and noise from the surrounding

Overpriced run down concrete block hotel but does do a decent breakfast
Pros:

Breakfast good and made to order rather than usual buffet

Cons:

first room undergoing repairs; second room not available; 3rd time lucky room was large but bare with terrible lighting and no fridge nor anything to make tea with (kettle yes but nothing to drink from)

For such a big hotel they can do better
Pros:

The staff were very helpful especially Mr Fredrick was very helpful he is definitely an asset for the company.

Cons:

The ceiling had a hole was scared it would start leaking if it rained.the bed drawers were both damaged I think by water or something and one of the beds had consistent dots looked real scary I did inform the lady at the reception so they can ensure that the next guest don't experience this.Also there was no water in the morning had to call for maintenance to check.Wifi also doesn't work at all.

I only stayed one day but we are a big family so we booked 8 rooms. I hope they improve in the near future. I would stay
Pros:

the staff was great, nice and accommodating.

Cons:

the property needs to be thoroughly cleaned and updated. some one the rooms had broken mirrors, and tvs that weren’t working. some AC units and telephones didn’t work either. all in all, it’s a operational and maintenance issue. the hotel has potential to be very great.
