Good location, big room, comfy beds, but shaking
Pros:

The bed is very huge for twin beds. Room is so clean and staffs support very well.

Cons:

The bed was shaking. I'm not sure if it was because a truck was passing by or what, but the bed was shaking constantly.

ที่พักค่อนข้างเงียบ ถึงจะมีเสียงรถไฟฟ้าวิ่งผ่านอยู่ตลอด แต่ก็หลับสนิทดีค่ะ ห้องพักสะอาด เตียงนอนนุ่ม ห้องน้ำแยกโซนเปียกโซนแห้ง โดยรวมถือว่าดีมาก ๆ ค่ะ ไว้มีโอกาสจะกลับมาพักอีกแน่นอน ใกล้ไบเทค เดินไปก็ถึง คอนเลิกดึกก็ยังเดินกลับบนสะพานลอยได้แบบไม่รู้สึกกลัว

Great stay! A must 3-star hotel!
Pros:

Wow! An amazing stay! Hotel is pristine! Most 7 year old hotels are run down but not this one! Great condition and staff is so helpful! The staff cleaned and stocked rooms every day. There is so much positive to say! Consistency in room cleaning, restocking, staff service, quality, etc. Owner cares about the property and it shows!

Cozy & Comfortable, Not the most convenient
Pros:

The staff were very polite and helpful in general and it was great to see them extend support even post check-out.
The cleanliness and hygiene is excellent. The minimal aesthetic was appreciated. The rooms were compact, yet adequately equipped with gadgets, which made it convenient and comfortable.

Cons:

The distance from the city centre/activities made it difficult to access them freely all through the day (all plans had to be day long and coming back was not an option). Additionally, taxis find it difficult to access the hotel since it is at an intersection of many roads.
The vibration from the traffic/train needs to be mentioned in advance. While it does not cause any significant disturbance, just being prepared in advance helps.

A breakfast buffet would have helped, especially for the elderly guests or those that may not venture out to eat from the street hawkers, considering there are no established restaurants or cafes nearby.

Pleasant stay for celebrating the new year in Bangkok.
Pros:

Staff behaviour, very friendly and helpful, the overall smooth process for check in and check out.

Cons:

The drainage grill was locked due to which we couldn't remove the hair from the bathroom as much as possible.
