Basic, clean hotel in the middle of CatBa city.
Pros:

Hotel was in a central area of CatBa city. Good location

Cons:

Hotel was good. Nothing fancy. The town of CatBa is under construction though so it is dirty/dusty and the beach is not visible anymore. They have erected barrier fences so we cant see any water from the town.

Pros:

L'accueil était très agréable, et la chambre était très propre et joliment décorée. Nous avons aussi pu prendre un excellent petit déjeuner. L'établissement est calme, et proche du centre.

Friendliest personal, great location
Pros:

We stayed here one night and had our trips to and from Cat Ba organised by the hotel. Everything went smoothly, great response time and great room.
What the best however was, is the hospitality and kindness of the hotel personell. We had a lot of accommodations in Vietnam so far, but this was the warmest welcome we have received.

Pros:

Очень приветливый персонал. Был большой номер с видом на озеро на втором этаже. Красиво, но спать было шумновато. Заранее написали с предложениями брони экскурсий и трансфера. В Катба полно предложений, но не хотелось искать и сравнивать. Поэтому доверилась и заказала здесь и не прогадала. Очень понравился круиз Панорама и трансфер на лимузине до Ниньбинь. Всё организовано было по высшему разряду. Спасибо.

Belle hôtel

Rustique mais suffisant pour bien dormir à Cat Ba
Pros:

Il est situé au cœur de Cat Ba mais juste assez éloigné du bruit, et à 10min des plages magnifiques et calmes.
Le personnel est très réactif, serviable et agréable.

Cons:

Les chambres sont vétustes, et le nettoyage laisse un petit peu à désirer (draps et serviettes propres tachées, fissures et trous autour des prises, fenêtres qui ferme difficilement, douches rongées par le tartre et à changer.

Pros:

Tres bons accueil,personnel à l ecoute avec de bons plans
L emplacement calme vu sur le lac ,loin des constructions en cours ...
L'ascenseur etait une agreable surprise pour aller au 5eme !
Le pan cake !
Velo a disposition

Cons:

Besoin de revoir l entretien des velos ( frein, guidon bloque , pneu qui se degonfle vietesse bloquee..)
mais cela a mis du piquant et des fous-rires dans la petite ballade pr aller aux plages
