Tres bons accueil,personnel à l ecoute avec de bons plans
L emplacement calme vu sur le lac ,loin des constructions en cours ...
L'ascenseur etait une agreable surprise pour aller au 5eme !
Le pan cake !
Velo a disposition

Cons:

Besoin de revoir l entretien des velos ( frein, guidon bloque , pneu qui se degonfle vietesse bloquee..)
mais cela a mis du piquant et des fous-rires dans la petite ballade pr aller aux plages

Pros:

The room was so spacious and airy. The decor was excellent. We immediately felt so comfortable and relaxed.
The staff spoke little English but were very professional and helpful. They arranged for our tour catered to our groups need and our next day bus to Nin bihn even before arriving at the hotel. Everything was made hassle free and convenient.
The even made sure we got into the right bus and prepared the sweetest apricot ice tea to drink on our bus.
Thank you rustic house.

Cons:

The bathroom shower door didn’t close. But nothing to effect the rating of the hotel.

Very chill, pleasant and peaceful stay.
Pros:

I had the pleasure of meeting very nice and good natured staff at the hotel :)) They were really helpful and suggested really good locations to eat and activities to do. One of them was a whole day trekking that was very fun and the guide was informative and answered all kind of questions. I strongly recommend this spot as a great place to stay. And to boot , they have a very cute mascot guarding the location. :))))

Cons:

All was very pleasant. I have nothing to complain.

Comfortable and cozy stay in the island
Pros:

This family hotel was such a great stay! The staff are super kind and helful. The concept is very cozy with beautiful views over the water. The location is perfectly central and nearby many shops and restaurants. They make very good coffee and breakfast. The room is nice and comfortable with a huge bed.

Cons:

I think this is because it is an island, but there were tiny insects in the room and near wooden spaces over the bed. I didn't mind but it is the only thing that I was a little uncomfortable with. Also, you may need to ask for an additional pillow to be comfortable.

Nous avons réservé une expédition à la journée pour visiter les baies de Lan Ha et Ha Long, belle expérience à prix raisonnable (env 25€/ personne).
Possibilité de profiter du roof top
Café au rez-de-chaussée, pratique pour prendre le petit déjeuner

The owner is super friendly. She can help you book transportation and bus with reasonable price. Good location.

Personal war sehr nett und hat uns bei allen Problemen, z.B. mit dem Bus geholfen! Würde jedem empfehlen dort zu übernachten, die Lage und das Zimmer waren auch super.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet hôtel, il est propre, le personnel est gentil, il est bien situé à 10min du cent
