Удобное месторасположение

Cons:

Полотенца даже если стирались, уже не имеют того состояния, которое можно предлагать в гостиницах. Постельное белье с пятнами. В целом, вызывает сомнение, стираются ли полотенца и белье после гостей. В номере холодно, пульт от кондиционера не работал. В 12 часов ночи вернулись гости с экскурсий, очень шумели, ресепшн не реагировал на просьбы поговорить с постояльцами, пока в начале третьего часа ночи мы сами не вышли и не пригрозили полицией иностранцам. Но даже после этого, полной тишины не наступило, ресепшн находился внизу и не предпринимал попыток наладить тишину

Kitchen staff morning not there no cream or milk I saw her at reception playing cards w other staff. Food not good seems old breads hard nothing to eat. Pool no water dirty. Room no blanket my friend open cabinet dirty blanket there no plug even for hot water need to put down the floor the kettle disgusting

Bad stay
Pros:

First night they did not prepared my room even after informing them our arrival time. After check in still they didn't prepare the room. They said please adjust today on dirty bed and without any blanket. Next day they prepare the room but very bad. And staff was trying to scam the money during exchange rate from dollar to Uzbekistan currency. Overall very bad experience.

Ils ont eu un problème avec Booking et notre chambre n’était finalement pas disponible. Ils nous ont aidés à trouver un autre logement, mais celui-ci était très sale : des poils et des cheveux dans le lit. J’ai vraiment eu l’impression que rien n’avait été nettoyé. Une très mauvaise expérience du début à la fin, que je ne recommande absolument pas !

Обещанный возврат так и не получили, на обращения перестали отвечать

Удобное расположение, недалеко от центра. Сам номер тоже хороший.

Cons:

Больше всего разочаровала ситуация с возвратом денег. Мы выехали раньше, и перед отъездом сотрудник отеля сам сообщил, что руководитель согласовал возврат за три неиспользованные ночи — примерно 1,5 млн сумов. То есть возврат предложил сам отель.
25 сентября мы обратились за обещанными деньгами, и нам сказали, что перевод будет вечером. После этого сроки неоднократно переносились, а затем на сообщения перестали отвечать. 9 октября мы написали на контактную почту отеля, но ответа тоже не получили. На 13 октября деньги так и не вернули. Особенно неприятно не просто ждать возврата, а сталкиваться с повторными обещаниями и последующим отсутствием какой-либо реакции.
Завтраки тоже оставили плохое впечатление. Еды было мало, она быстро заканчивалась, а пополняли её с задержками. Столы не успевали убирать, поэтому приходилось есть за грязными: свободных чистых столов не было. Однажды мы пришли в 9:30, но в столовой уже выключили свет и завтрак закончился, хотя по заявленному расписанию он должен был продолжаться до 10:00.
Кроме того, один день Wi‑Fi не работал в течение всего дня.

Pros:

Breakfast starts at 7am so that's a good thing. Wifi is strong. The staff is good. They provided a free drop to the airport.

Cons:

They only take cash payment saying their pos machines are blocked by the bank. Rooms are small not enough space for opening a medium size suitcase also. The pool is not working and tiles are broken in walking pavements.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming.
