Pros:

Really liked breakfast, particularly the cakes! The swimming pool on site is good, but the water was cold when we stayed. Location - 15 min away from nearest metro station. Free transfer to the airport and 24 hours reception - good bonus! Good variety of rooms.

Cons:

The key from the rooms turned out to open any door in the hotel. Didn't feel safe. Aircon loud, the walls are thin, could hear people from other rooms or outside. The price of our accommodation turned out different when we arrived, not convenient.

Pros:

First of all, their HR staff speaks English well and they're very accommodating. Breakfast was also great and served on time. The family room we booked was spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect too as there were nearby shops and restaurants. We will surely recommend this hotel to our friends.

Удобное расположение. Большие удобные кровати, чисто в номере.

Cons:

Не работали бассейны, каждый день отключали свет в ресторане где проходили завтраки. Приходилось светить телефоном и завтракать при Свете фонарей.
В номере не работал телевизор. 2 дня просили починить, в итоге пришел сотрудник, отключил в комнате холодильник и в эту розетку подключил приставку для тв, которая так же не работала. В добавок и холодильник весь растаял.

Please don't overlook the bad reviews!

I made the mistake of ignoring all the red flags before booking in this hotel, please don't make the same mistake. Go back and read them.

They overbooked and gave us the wrong room. After bringing this up they moved us to a different room the second day, but this room was filthy. The toilet was broken, there were cumstains on the sofa and it was just really dirty and dusty in the room.

We visited during a heatwave and booked specifically because of the outside pool. For our entire stay the pool was closed. If they told us beforehand, I would have cancelled and gone for a different hotel, but they didn't. We stayed somewhere else before the hotel that was 1/3 the price and was spacious, clean and comfortable.

I asked to speak to a manager about this issue and they wouldn't provide me one. I also asked for a discount on the price that would allign it more with the value with the missing pool and was not given one. Not even an apology given.

We ended up having to go to the aquapark 25 minutes ride away to be able to cool down in the heatwave.

If you book a room here just know that they won't provide the services they promise and they don't care.

Location, Room and Staff was all great.

Cons:

The offer is with swimming pool. Yes there is a pool but it is out of service for long time and no indication it will be reopened soon. By outside temperature above 30 degree would use this pool!
Please remove the indication of the pool and everything would be great.
