Грязно, белье ужасный , на завтрак кушать нечего, изначально бронировала на 3 дня, меня хватила только на 12 часов,не советую

Somewhat disappointed with this one
Pros:

Reasonable room with comfortable beds. Aircon and Wifi worked throughout stay. Pool area and pool itself was nice, not too deep and with smaller area for children in need of it. Staff spoke some English if you need it. Good location near Shota Rustavelli and its transport links, minimarkets and eateries.

Cons:

We were looking forward to our stay here, but, unfortunately, it was a disappointment from the beginning. The hotel messaged us asking for flight details as we had an airport transfer included, but neither responded nor turned up at the airport for us. On arrival we were told cards were not accepted and, despite it being already 23:00 and us having a child, were directed immediately to an ATM. The room was located behind Reception, so we were treated to the sounds of the receptionist's phone/TV all night. It was also somewhat grubby and had a hole in the door were a lock once stood. The shower curtain was too small/high, the mirror light was burnt to a crisp at one end and there was no water at all on our first morning. Whilst the pool was nice, there were tiles missing/loose. I've lived in Uzbekistan for a long time know there are many small hotels/guesthouses in the region and many are better/better value than this.

К сожалению нам не понравилось, первое это запах, второе это то, что туалет практически в комнате, странная перегородка.
Cons:

В номере стоял стойкий запах курева, который пытались по-видимому удалить разными средствами. На просьбу поменять, ребята на ресепшен не отреагировали, пришлось ходить спрашивать, но номеров не было.

Cons:

Здравствуйте, у Вас сказано что есть бесплатный трансфер до аэропорта, но нам вызвали такси и мы самы оплатили, если это называется трансфер тогда нормально, мы могли самы вызвать такси.

Pros:

Все было нормально. Кроме комнаты в которую нас заселяли . Первый этаж рядом с уборной, воняло не знаю чем. Не понравилось когда попросила поменять номер, сказали нет свободных мест . Но в тот же день принимали новых гостей с улицы без брони заранее . А так расположение удобное. Везде можно на такси , все близко . Бассейн был тоже нормальным . За 5 дней два раза чистили . Завтраки тоже не плохие . За такую цену думаю стоит .

Отношения сотрудников , что они не хотели менять номер , сказав что нет свободных мест. При этом заселялись люди с улицы и без брони заранее . Комната на первом этаже воняет ужасно , вы представьте те, что еще человек в положении, как терпело этот запах 🤰🏻
