Pros:

House keeping was really friendly and cleaned really well. It was so close to everything restaurants, cinema, karaoke and wee only needed to walk 5 minutes to get to anything. We came back and the room was clean bed made.

We came down for an operation for my husband and we discovered a lovely new hotel to tell family ,
Pros:

we arrived a little early. The reception lady put us in restaurant with a complimentary cup of tea and a toastie. We felt very looked after and the rest of our stay was very pleasant. Location to theatres and shopping was a bonus.

Cons:

Only 4 teabags every day. Joking. There was nothing we didnt like.
