Pros:

Bella location, più che buoni i servizi, abbiamo soggiornato in una villetta Belvedere, pulizia ottima, ottimi spazi, solo un leggero odore di muffa appena arrivati, che si è dissolto rapidamente arieggiando l'alloggio.

Cons:

A volte a causa di qualcuno che non parcheggiava correttamente l'auto abbiamo faticato a trovare posto in parcheggio al rientro serale

Residence Belvedere 2025, foto discordanti tra sito e appartamenti gestiti.
Pros:

La vicinanza al mare e l'Organizzazione del resort. Massima disponibilità dello staff dedicato alle pulizie. Il relax è assicurato.
Il ristorante vicino, degli Ulivi, è di buon livello e molto comodo rispetto al recidence.

Cons:

Il costo sostenuto per gli animali, non era chiaramente indicato. Mi sono stati richiesti 30 euro al giorno... per animale. Un furto! Neppure ci fosse un dog sitter dedicato a ognunodi essi. Per fortuna lo staffmolto gentile ci è venuto incontro.
Vanno dichiarati al momento della prenotazione, non all'arrivo in hotel, per scoprire il prezzo richiesto.
APPARTAMENTO - Dopo il primo giorno, siamo riusciti a chiedere un cambio di casa. Il primo appartamento era decisamente piccolo, sitauto nella parte bassa della struttura con vista muro. Zona living stretta con all'interno il letto a muro che aperto occupava interamente lo spazio. Non è realmente un bilocale, ma molto più simile a un monolocale. Attenzione alle immagini: quanto caricato su Booking e sul sito di Marcegaglia non corrisponde alle camere gestite e assegnate agli ospiti del Residence. Anche i bilocali sponsorizzati in fotografia, sotto l'informazione BILOCALE, non sono reali, più ampi di quelli assegnati.

Chiedere conferma di tutto prima di chiudere la prenotazione. Il costo per il bilocale non è certamente basso. Tenendo conto che in questo resort va pagato a parte sdraio e ombrellone in spiaggia. Da tenerne conto.
