Bad booking experience through the app

Booking.com giving me confirmation, but the hotel denying me accommodation, resulting in loss of money paid as advance. Not to mention the stress caused by that experience.

Pros:

Location is very close to airport & its very cleanly maintained, everything required - access to cabs for exploring, medicals all are very nearby. Shree Ganeshji's Murthy Infront of lift adds into the positive vibes of atmosphere.

Cons:

Enterance is very small & it is not clearly visible from the main road. I found it difficult to location initially. Later, the experience was quite expectational.
