Pros:

The rooms here are large which was great for our family. We had plenty of space to spread out and relax. Great location with views of the city. We really liked the breakfast selection with lots of options including fresh made soup noodles. The staff was very helpful.

Cons:

The property was sometimes hard for Didi due to the high amount of traffic in the area.

Pros:

1. The bed is both comfortable and supportive.
2. The water pressure is strong and consistent.

Cons:

1. The air conditioner doesn’t work in spring, which was horrifying to discover when the temperature outside was over 30°C. The glass windows were overheated from the sunlight, causing the room's temperature to keep rising. We contacted the receptionist, who explained that the air conditioning for the entire building wasn’t activated because the season wasn’t considered “hot enough.” We explained that it was nearly 30°C inside the room and that opening the window wasn’t an option, as the sunlight hitting the glass made it even hotter inside. Her response was that we should endure the discomfort for a day or two because a temperature drop was expected soon. Speechless at this response, we immediately decided to check out.

2. Due to the unbearable heat inside the room, we tried using the ventilator, only to realize that all the ventilation tunnels in the building were interconnected. This meant that instead of fresh air, the ventilator brought in smoke and cooking odors from other rooms. In short, the air inside the room was suffocating and unbreathable.

Pros:

Value for money. Things that I appreciate most is the apartment is equipped with washing machine.

Cons:

One of the receptionists on duty on 16th March morning was rather rude. It was raining & I asked for an umbrella, she just ignored my request. Bad image for the hotel, especially it is in the service industry.
