Genieten in optima forma, rust en luxe in combinatie met mooi weer. Voldoende parkeerruimte, lekker eten en geweldig ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel. Drinken en koffie mag je zo pakken, waar vind je dat nog? Stukjes gefietst naar naastgelegen dorpjes. 2 nachten geweest als tussenstop naar Italie, als mensen zeggen Zwitserland is prachtig snap ik nu waarom.

Sehr gutes Hotel mit Top Lage und sehr gutem Service
Pros:

Wir haben beim Checkin ein Upgrade auf ein Zimmer mit Seeblick erhalten, was wir unglaublich genossen haben. Würde beim nächsten Mal definitiv Seeblick buchen, das lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Die Lage des Hotels könnte nicht besser sein, direkt am See mit der Bootsanlegestelle und der private Seezugang lädt zum Verweilen ein. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir haben am Abend das 4 Gang Menü im Restaurant gegessen, die Preisleistung war top und auch der Service sehr zuvorkommend. Ich kann das Hotel definitiv nur empfehlen und werde sicher wieder kommen. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Amazing location. Wonderful view of lake. Lakeside restaurants. Great bar. Super friendly helpful staff. Lakeside garden. Great food in restaurant. Washed and cleaned laundry for me overnight. Great parking.

We stopped through for one night only. It was just fine.

Location, friendliness and helpfulness of staff.

Cons:

It feels a bit stuck in time which is interesting but also a bit...weird. The breakfast was OK but not comparative to the other properties we stayed throughout the Alps.

Beyond expectations!
Pros:

Everything! The staff were exceptional- the location, quality of the room etc were in line with a Waldorf Astoria experience.
And precious was the private lakefront beach/bathing area complete with towels/food service & showers.
I never return ti same locations because there is still much of the world to visit- but this hotel and destination will be an exception- if that I am sure.

Lake stay
Pros:

The location on the lake. Coffee machines accessible along with fresh fruit.

Cons:

Size of the towels! Really small and quite thin.
Would have been nice to have been warmed about 'festival' that was on that weekend. As there was no aircon, we needed the windows open but there was loud music until 3am. Not ideal.

Le personnel de l'hôtel était super sympa. L'endroit bien sûr au bord du lac des 4 cantons est spectaculaire.

Cons:

Un peu déçu du service à leur restaurant. C'est très subjectif mais personnellement si je retourne dans cet hôtel j'irai probablement manger ailleurs.

un séjour très réussi, belle surprise au bord du lac

très bel hôtel, directement au bord du lac, vue fantastique du balcon de la chambre. chambre bien équipée, très propre, minibar gratuit! personnel extrêmement aimable (réception, restaurant, service de shuttle gratuit). grand choix au centre de wellness, massage avec thérapeute très compétente. délicieux repas au restaurant de l’hôtel.
