We are eager to come back to this establishment
Pros:

Breakfast was upon expectation. Service very friendly. Rooms are comfortable and the view on the lake is fantastic. I would have welcomed more imagination in the rooms design. Not at the level of such a prestigious establishment.

Cons:

We had dinner twice at the restaurant. First evening, fast service and excellent food. Second evening, staff was just overwhelmed. There were less than 10 tables to serve. We had to stay 2 hours in the restaurant !

Bella esperienza in un posto davvero molto bello
Pros:

Una colazione così ricca credo di averla avuta solo in uno dei quei “5 stelle superior” che si trovano alle Maldive o alle Seychelles. Semplicemente straordinaria. Ottima l’accoglienza, bella la stanza (ci hanno anche fatto l’upgrade) e bella la gym. Qualche ritardo nei tempi della cena (si sono scusati mille volte e ci hanno offerto vino e caffè, dunque perdonati). Riassumendo: cordiali, eleganti, gentili. Bella esperienza.
