The room was tastefully decorated, quiet and spacious.
The room had fitted carpet and not hard wood floor as advertised on the photos I saw on booking.com. As clean as the room was, there was residual smell from cigarette smoke coming from the carpet.
The smoke detector had low battery and was flashing green all night above our bed.
The AC thought it was 16 celsius in the room and didn’t turn on during our two night stay. It was definitely warmer than 16 celsius in that room.
The room posting advertises it comes with a terrace. There’s no mention of the fact it is a shared terrace with the room next door. Imagine my surprise when I opened the terrace door to see a couple sitting on the terrace right outside our room.
Last, the phone in the room does not have instructions how to reach the front desk. I had to go downstairs late at night to share my feedback with reception.

Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The room was large, clean and had a great view (even from a lower floor). It was quiet and the location was excellent. Nice breakfast selection.
The hotel is located close to the sea and a wonderful park. There are a lot of restaurants in the vicinity. We rented a car and there was always parking near the hotel. The stuff was very pleasant and helpful.
Staff were very friendly. Location is perfect. Room is very spacious and clean. The coffee and the minibar were perfect.
I was hoping for a sea view or partial sea view but didn't get one. They said the place was fully booked and it's a very small place.
