Pros:

This was our fourth visit and everything was great. We had a better time than last year even. The staff were wonderful and very helpful with all our needs. Rooms were spotless and very comfy.

Cons:

The only thing that was not up-to-standard with everything else was the breakfast. Not enough choice and variability. Also we had forgotten to pre-book it and had to pay daily in the restaurant, we couldn't even book it on the room.

Розташування, все продумано під гостей, увага персоналу, чистота

Cons:

Сніданки. Весь час були пусті тарілки на шведській лініі . І жодному отелі не прибирали так швидко іжу. По закінченню сніданку нові блюда не приносять, але ті що вже на лінії так швидко не прибирають

Pros:

I like the location, the view of the Black Sea and the front desk personnel who were all fantastic. Clean room but small in size.

Cons:

The hotel is not really a 5* because it is located in a renovated villa. It does not have pool, SPA, parking and its restaurant has serious problem as part of the personnel is rude and does not perform. Otherwise can be good with a question mark for 4*. I did not like the fact that 20 minutes before the kitchen closes on July 4, the chef kicked me out of the restaurant "because he had to live earlier".

Emplacement face au Sea Garden, qualité de la chambre

Cons:

La qualité du petit dejeuner a beaucoup baisse par rapport à notre précédent séjour il y a trois ans, les produits proposés comme le service ne sont pas au niveau d'un établissement de cette qualité.
