სტაფი ძალიან მეგობრულია, სასტუმრო საკმაოდ სუფთა და მოწესრიგებულია,
საუზმე მრავალფეროვანი და გემრიელია.

!!! სასტუმროს მენეჯმენტმა აუცილებლად მკაცრად უნდა დაარეგულიროს ის, რომ ღამის 12 საათის შემდეგ დამსვენებლები არ აწუხებდნენ სხვებს ხმაურით. ღამის 2 საათამდე გაგრძელდა ხმაური და აურზაური სასტუმროში. მივწერეთ სტაფს და რეაგირება არ ჰქონიათ, მომიწია მე გავსულიყავი და მეთხოვა დაძინების საშუალება მოეცათ.

აუზი სასტუმროს გვერდით შენობაში მდებარეობს რაც კარგი იქნებოდა წინასწარ მცოდნოდა, შეიძლება უწერიათ კიდეც აღწერაში და მე არ მინახავს, მაგრამ მნიშვნელოვანი დეტალია.

Although our overall experience at this hotel was not enjoyable, there were a few positive aspects worth mentioning. The view from the property is truly beautiful, and the surroundings are quite peaceful. The hotel itself is clean and nicely designed, with a pleasant atmosphere in the common areas.

They also have a pool and several game areas, which could make the stay enjoyable for guests looking for extra activities.

Unfortunately, despite these few good points, the overall experience did not meet our expectations. While the hotel has potential, these positives weren’t enough to make up for the issues we faced during our stay.

Cons:

The first issue was the location: the listing on Booking.com states that the hotel is 8 km from the center of Signagi, but in reality it is at least 16–18 km away, which made getting there much more inconvenient than expected.

Even worse, although I had a confirmed reservation, the hotel claimed they couldn’t find my booking in their system. I was told that maybe someone at reception forgot to enter it, which is not something guests should have to worry about.

We had booked a room with a jacuzzi, but upon arrival we were informed it was no longer available. They offered us a regular room “as the only one left,” but when we went to check it, the room was not even clean, despite us arriving around 6 PM, long after standard check-in time.

Although they offered a discount on the room, we honestly felt that—given the series of mistakes on their side—the room should have been provided free of charge as a gesture of responsibility and hospitality. The manager, young girl, seemed inexperienced and came across with an unprofessional attitude during the conversation, which only added to the frustration.

We didn’t want to drive back another 18 km, so we accepted the discounted room. However, we were then left waiting 20–30 minutes for the cleaning to be done, and during that time nobody offered us even a coffee or water—no basic attempt to make up for the situation.

Overall, we left highly disappointed. We had planned just one day to relax and enjoy our time, and their lack of organization, poor hospitality, and unprofessional handling of every issue ruined our weekend. I truly hope they take these problems seriously and improve their management.

Заселение было позднее, и я хотел поужинать. В ресторан я приехал в 21:38. На табличке было указано, что ресторан работает до 24:00.

Я был единственным гостем, и когда сказал, что хочу поесть, мне сообщили, что к стоимости будет добавлено +30%, так как кухне «нужно готовить только для меня».

Рядом не было магазинов, поэтому у меня не было выбора — я был вынужден согласиться и заплатить больше, так как очень хотел поесть. Напишу об этом в отзывах яндекс и гугл, так как другие гости тоже могут столкнуться с этой проблемой.

Pleasant, relaxing (when no music) and good food.
Pros:

Great breakfast, nice food at dinner, great views. Good facilities and space around. Peaceful during the day. Jacuzzi on the cabin terrace was nice to use in colder evenings.

Cons:

Parties at night in the restaurant. Music booming loud till midnight 2 days in a row, not peaceful and difficult to sleep before this time.

Чудесная природа, доброжелательный персонал, вкусная кухня, всё идеально приготовлено

Cons:

Очень большое количество мраморных клопов в коттедже (СОТНИ!), в коттедже желательно сделать генеральную уборку, немного возобновить ремонт, поставить сетки на окна без дыр, обновить или стирать лучше полотенца и халаты, бассейн был очень холодный.
