They can still improve if they want to
Cons:

they did not prepare the room because the carpet is dirty, the sofa sheet looks like it is not replaced, the trash can has a foul smell, no free toiletries as indicated in their facilities, the aircon has thick dust, and they did not even clean it. reported the issue but all they can say is sorry. they did not even tried to solve and replace or clean what needs to be cleaned. The assistant was late and we waited outside with our luggage, 1 senior and 2 small kids under a scorching heat.
