Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had.

We arrived at around 3:00 AM, and as a group of ladies, we expected at least some basic assistance and professional customer service. However, the staff member, Ehab, was not helpful and showed very little interest in assisting us with our concerns.

The overall customer service was disappointing. The staff attitude was unprofessional, communication was poor, and we did not feel welcomed as guests. The level of hospitality was far below what we expected from a hotel.

The management should pay more attention to staff training, customer care, and guest satisfaction. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience, and I hope the management takes these comments seriously and works on improving the service provided to future guests.

Good hotel overall, but small details and unfriendly service affected the experience.

The location was excellent, clean rooms, comfortable stay, and great value for money. Facilities were very good and the staff were okay

Cons:

one service staff member was rude and seemed annoyed whenever we asked for simple things. The room only came with 2 tea bags, no spoon or stir stick for tea/sugar, only 1 slipper, 1 shower rope, no shower gel or conditioner, and just 2 very small shampoos. When we politely asked for whitener, Nescafe, and more tea, she only brought tea and said, “Why do you want tea ?? You already have.. It’s only a tea bag, so that felt unnecessary. Even asking for a fork seemed to make her unhappy. Small things, but they affect the overall experience.
