Pros:

Property location was very good. But the fab hotel service is very poor, their customer service is pathetic

Cons:

No cleaning happens on a daily basis. Basically no service, had to ask them everyday to provide water. No room service for cleaning

Shivam Palace - Poor stay option
Pros:

Nothing. Unclean, unhygienic place. Staff was I'll mannered and non cooperative.

Cons:

Waste of money staying in a place like this. unhygienic, unclean place filled with cockroaches. Rude staff.

Great experience
Pros:

Fab Raghumani palace is an advantage as it is exactly near the gate of Mahakaleshwar. The staff there is really very sweet and very supportive. All the services are upto the mark .Also the whole staff are at their feet 24*7 just to make their customers comfortable. As well as it is hygienic and nicely maintained.Best part about this hotel is that the Arti that happens at Mahakaleshwar can be heard even sitting inside the room . Thanku staff. 🙏🏻

Cons:

I didn't like other customers giving really harsh reviews . At this budget one cannot expect TAJ Lands End. The bad reviews could be misleading . I personally felt good.

Okay for a day if you can sacrifice your comfort for the sake of Mahakaal dharshan
Pros:

Very near to Shri Mahakaal mandir, ujjain, few minutes walk to gate number 1.

Cons:

The approach road is narrow and shabby. Rooms are not at all clean especially linen, towels . Luckily I had carried my own bed sheet towel and toiletries otherwise my stay would have been horrified. I cut short my stay by the day. I checked out one day early at the cost of a day's rent.

Pros:

Located near the temple.

Cons:

Reviews are misleading on booking platforms. Dirty location. Stinking bathrooms. Overpriced due to the location. There are better alternatives available at the same location and price point.

Close to the main temple was the only plus

Cons:

Internet not available or feeble. . Tv not working, damp.room , not per pictures shown . Breakfast only a cup of tea and 1 parantha. Poorly maintained. Unhygienic. Same rooms in other hotels closeby at half price.

Pros:

There was nothing to like. Only the location being walking distance from Mahakaleshwar temple but there are lot of other hotels in vicinity. Totally avoid this one.

Cons:

Stinky hotel with no amenities, hardly any staff. Right from room, bathroom,towels to water everything stinked. Avoid this one at all costs. We left without completing our entire stay duration.
