Pros:

Super clean and large. Comfy. Very central. Near Tracopa bus station.

Nice studio at downtown san jose
Pros:

Comfortable studio, comfy beds. Clean

Cons:

In the down town, close to center but not safe at night. Noise from street. Not much kitchen- coffee mashine , refrigerator and sink

Cheap with issues

Bed comfortable. Women ok. Diego not knowledgeable.

Cons:

Bathroom strong smell of mold. Asked for floor level because I have bad hip and knee.Was not informed of 20 stairs entrance. Scary neighborhood. No soap or wash cloth

Great unit in central location but beware the noise
Pros:

Modern with a good layout for short or longer term stays. High quality. Our unit had a balcony with seating overlooking the street with a view of the city. Secure. Very central location. Nice frig. Cooking setup was a bit minimal - more for warming up food than preparing.

Cons:

Location is in a noisy neighborhood and even the good sound proofing was not enough to dampen the street racket. Somewhat quiet from 12-5am. No one slept well. Poor signage. We would have been lost except for several friendly neighbors who pointed us to the door.

Studio near Central Market
Pros:

The room was clean. The bathroom was roomy and nice. The location has tons of shopping near by. If you have trouble finding the place look for Cafeteria Baru as it is right next to the door for hotel La capital.(see pic of door) The 2nd night was not as bad noise wise.

Cons:

There was no communication from the lister until a few hours before check in. I sent a few messages that were unanswered. I was stressing a bit from not hearing from them. Be ready to carry your bags up many steep stairs. I unfortunately got Apt 4, right across from Recp. The noise was aggravating. The bell rang many many times after 7pm. Noisy tenants were not managed by management. Sit down restaurants are a bit hard to find here.

The time was 21:00 and I booked at about 19:00. The check-in time is set for "before 23:30", no one ever showed up. In messages at Booking the host responded the next day at 8:00. If you want to stay here, do book in advance, I was not able to get there at all

Muy limpio y con lo necesario para un par de noches

Cons:

Llegamos ya pasadas las 12 y a pesar que anuncié la hora de llegada tardaron en abrirnos. Y por la noche es una zona peligrosa. Afortunadamente nuestro taxista esperó con nosotros hasta que nos abrieron. El resto fue muy bien.

Fijn appartement in hartje centrum
Pros:

Heel mooi, gloednieuw appartement. Smaakvol ingericht. Heel erg schoon. Goede wifi en midden in het centrum van de stad. Goede douche met harde straal.

Cons:

We willen deze vakantie voor de tweede keer verblijven voor onze terugvlucht maar de prijs is heel erg omhoog gegaan t.o.v. de vorige keer wat we erg jammer vinden.
